You get what you pay for

The view was lovely and really the only reason to book this place. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views of the beach. The interior of the property is dated and overall not comfortable. The owners really need to visit their condo and update and repair all the damages: broken doors, broken cabinets, missing blinds. This condo was more budget friendly. So if you want an affordable beach from condo, this may work for you.

Great views.

Place was nice and clean, only drawbacks for me was you can hear the elevator faintly and the curtains in the master did not shut so 6am the sun makes sure your awake. The view of the gulf was awesome.

Great balcony with a view

We really liked the condo’s layout. It had plenty of room for 2 couples. The kitchen was well stocked of pans & other items. The balcony was spacious & very nice. However the tub in the master bathroom had mold around the rim & the jets. Several outlets had only one of the plugs working. The recliner in the living room definitely needs to be replaced. A couple of blankets would have been nice to have had. The 10 digit code was difficult to use at first.

Good location and comfortable

Loved the location and the view. Only issue was our last night we were awoken at 2:30am with a ceiling/vent leak in one of the restrooms. I was on the phone for an hour trying to reach maintenance and never got an answer. I sent an email and text also, and never got a response. The leak finally stopped after a few hours because I think it was coming from the unit above us so they probably fixed it. It was just a lot deal with in the middle of the night, especially with 3 kids.

Dunes of Panama

Let’s start off with the place was cheap. But many downfalls. There is construction going on and it’s like a chainsaw noise on the balcony starting at 8 am. When we called Vacasa to complain, we never got a call back. We wish someone would have communicated this before our stay. The condo isn’t the greatest. Broken shades, master bed had stuff propping it up because it was broken, there was a toe nail in the bed on arrival, and there is a chair on the porch that is all taped up. Defiantly not the greatest. More upset with Vacasa for never calling back!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo - very nice location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and view was beautiful. I've stayed at the Dunes of Panama many times before - it is a lovely property. There were a couple "smeary" tables and a few dead bugs - the cleaning service needs to be a bit more thorough. A few minor suggestions - a 10 digit number for the front door is way too long. Most other places I've stayed at are 4 digits. Take down all the signs - it seemed everywhere we looked, there were signs telling us what we could and couldn't do. The info is important - put it in a folder and leave on the kitchen table. You could also include instructions on how the TV/remotes work. As I said, these are minor suggestions. I would stay here again!

Everything was great, the only things they could be improved on are ensuring all the light bulbs are working (lamps and kitchen light) and fix the curtains in the master bedroom and living room.

GREAT STAY

Loved the location of the property, next to all the stores you need, and not crowded at all. Definitely would stay here again. The only thing i felt could have been better was the blinds in the living room and master bed room were broken and didnt shut, but did not effect our stay at all. We had the best time. The room, and bathrooms at the pool were super clean too!

We have been going to PCB for years. Its getting harder to find reasonably priced places to stay but this was great. Right on the white sand beach and great pools also.

Ruined Trip

I would not recommend this condo it’s old everything is broken this was a total nightmare we didn’t have Ac so we were moved off the shore which is the main reason I booked this condo. We got moved to a house that wasn’t clean as well and had many stairs which one of our guests is handicapped. Overall not happy don’t rent with Vacasa

Awesome experience

The view says it all. The access to the balcony from the master bedroom and the living room was especially nice. Provided, was paper towel, laundry/dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap. There were plenty towels, No Blankets except what was on the bed. No condiments, coffee or tea, sugar, etc. Don't expect spices or any cooking ingredients. There was a basic Mister Coffee brewing machine. The Oven didn't work as well. The unit sits close to the elevator shaft so you get a long of wind tunnel noise. If you are not a light sleeper it shouldn't affect your stay. Overall the stay was very relaxing.

Very nice. A few minor issues, broken shade in master bedroom. This created a lack of privacy and allowed to much light in before we were ready to start our day. Was hard to find unit but the property staff guided us.

Needs updating

Everything in the apartment needs to be updated; furniture, appliances, decor, etc. None of the furniture matches, the refrigerator was dirty, the master bathroom shower doors are stuck and very hard to open and the trash bin hadn't been cleaned in several visits. The blinds are broken and very hard to close or open and some pieces were completely missing. Needs some serious attention. The building was conveniently located, the pool facilities and area were clean and maintained and the outdoor bathrooms were nice to have close by. Wouldn't visit this specific apartment again though.
