Our spacious home is pet friendly with a fenced-in yard. This house has 2 bedrooms that sleep 4 guests with 2 bathrooms and a large deck, perfect for early morning coffee soaking in beautiful sunrises or evening cocktails enjoying amazing sunsets over the gulf. Sink your toes into the stunning white sands of the emerald Forgotten Coast of Cape San Blas, only a 7-minute walk and a 4-minute walk to the bay. We would love to host you for an unforgettable beach vacation!

It’s a really nice house and was very clean. Golf cart was a great addition to the experience going back and forth to the beach. Like the location for we used the boat launch at the state park. Quiet neighborhood also . We saw 2 big bucks wandering around the yards 3 times this week . Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway!

Property was exactly as advertised!! Perfect location and with use of the golf cart it made our trips to and from the beach much more enjoyable! Check in was simple and stay was great we will definitely keep this place on our favorites for future trips!

Perfect Beach House

Great stay! Beach access was only a short walk away but we also used the golf cart to get there too. Loved the house and appreciated the communication from the owners during the hurricane! House was clean and exactly what was described. Definitely recommend.

Great time at Sunny Paws

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas and had a great time staying at Sunny Paws. The house was well stocked and the perfect size for us. The host, Andy, was easy to communicate with. Looking forward to coming back!

Family vacation with pet

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Paws. The host was very responsive to messages. The location of the property was a perfect distance between the bay and the beach. The option to eat at Long Bills Restaurant next door was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great October beach stay!

We had originally booked an October trip to Siesta Key but had to quickly look for a different option due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We were not disappointed with our choice to book with Andy and Travis in Cape San Blas! The house was perfect. Close to the beach, and the golf cart made our beach days so easy. The house was clean and well-appointed. We would definitely book here again!

Best sheltering away from home experience!

The pictures and reviews are accurate. This pet friendly home was spotless and had everything you need to cook meals and enjoy a week near the beach. The yellow golf cart was perfect for transporting beach chairs, cooler and umbrella across the street to the beach walkway. Nothing in this home was rental quality. The beds, towels, linens, cookware, appliances, utensils and beds were top notch. It felt like home away from home! Murray and Emma were very responsive to any questions. We would not hesitate to book again at one of their properties.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Paws! Andy was more than accommodating and was so easy to work with when we ran into some roadblocks with my recently broken foot. He was an incredible host, and we appreciate his hospitality more than he knows! The house was as described and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed riding the golf cart to LongBills for dinner (excellent seafood and pizza) and loved the screened in porch for evening card games! The fenced in yard was a MAJOR bonus for our pup! The house is so clean and well stocked and was the perfect place for our summer get-a-way! I highly recommend Sunny Paws for your next vacay!

Great time in Florida

Wanted to get away from the cold of Kentucky. Called on very short notice and this house was available. I cannot say enough nice things about this home. I have stayed on the cape at least ten times and this was by far the nicest and best equipped home I have ever stayed in. Normally we stay in homes right on the beach, however this time I was looking for a home with a fenced yard. It worked out perfectly. My 2 dogs loved being outside during the day, which also allowed my wife and myself to go and ride bikes alone. Had ten great days and then back to the cold. This home is BRAND NEW. It is furnished very nicely. The beds are comfortable. They have thought of everything you could possibly need. Did I mention the use of a golf cart (very nice). I can't thank you enough for letting us stay in your home. We will stay here again in the future if it is available. Again thanks so much. Bill and Mo

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this property and it does not disappoint. We brought our dog, Sadie, this time and it was perfect for her too. Great location and the golf cart makes going to the beach so convenient. We’ll definitely book again!

Lovely, pet friendly and good amenities available. Great location and has a golf cart to go to the beach. Don’t recommend driving on the beach. We just parked it and walked down. Located right behind Long Bills pizza joint.

Cape San Blas treasure!!!

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Open floor plan with bedrooms on opposing sides of the house. Screened in porch in the middle with open decks on either side. Smart tvs with Roku in every room. Great location on the west end of the cape with the restaurant Long Bills a rock throw away. Owners were extremely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay and money well spent.

Great week on the Cape

We really enjoyed our stay. It was our first vacation with our 2yr old dog and we couldn't have asked for a better property. Knowing that the house is dog friendly I was actually really surprised by the cleanliness of it. I expected normal bits of dog hair here and there from previous stays but the place was really clean. The golf cart to get supplies to and from the beach was huge plus. The two restaurants, Longbills and Coneheads, are extremely close to the property and both were really good. I had a question about the golf cart so I messaged the host and instead of messaging me back he actually called me and we chatted for a few minutes and he couldn't have been nicer. Overall this place was great and the host's were great. It was our first time on the Cape and we would definitely not hesitate to go back and if we do this will be the first property we check the availability on. Thanks for having us guys!

Perfect place and great for pets!

House was perfect! Big rooms and extremely comfortable beds. House had it all, and the fenced in yard was great for our dogs! Short walk/drive to beach and golf cart was great to ride down to the bay. Most importantly the host are great, respond to you within no time at all. They answered all of our questions with no hesitation and very nice. Highly recommend this property! Thanks for having us!!

We are Pioneer Ridge Vacations, owned by Andy Vanosdale and Travis Staten, best friends since 1990. We grew up together attending the same schools and college in the Chattanooga, Tennessee, area. The Pioneer Ridge name comes from our grade schools, with the mascot being the Pioneer and the schools located in East Ridge, Tennessee. We are huge fans of the Tennessee Volunteers (Go Vols)! When we get together, you can often find us playing Spades and Phase 10 with our other friends.

This neighborhood is incredibly peaceful, but also offers the great proximity to the beautiful State Park. We are also just footsteps from two of the best restaurants on the Cape in Coneheads and Long Bills!
