VÀlkommen till Ships and Giggles, det senaste mÀsterstycket i golfen pÄ Cape San Blas. Denna enhet renoverades helt under 2019 och Àr nu klar för uthyrning. Allt Àr helt nytt, inklusive möbler, apparater och sÀngklÀder. Enheten har en master-svit med en king size-sÀng med utsikt över bukten. Det andra sovrummet, Àven med utsikt över bukten, har tvÄ enkelsÀngar, perfekta för kiddos. Det finns ocksÄ en utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet med PANORAMIC utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Njut av morgonkaffe pÄ det andra vÄningsdÀcket med utsikt över vackra vattnen i viken. Detta Àr en enhet pÄ översta vÄningen (andra vÄningen) och ligger perfekt för att njuta av en lÄng helg eller utökad semester. Inga husdjur Àr tillÄtna och det krÀvs en vistelse pÄ minst tre nÀtter. Det finns en fullstÀndig kock-kichen med apparater i rostfritt stÄl. Det finns ocksÄ tvÄ nyrenoverade badrum. Det nedre förrÄdsrummet innehÄller en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Clean comfortable unit with amazing sunsets.

Unit is as advertised. Very comfortable. Kitchen is supplied well enough to cook and eat. It even had dishwashing liquid and paper towels. The beds were comfortable. Soft, but comfortable. The deck facing the gulf is large and has a clear view. We were amazed with the sunsets. This is a relaxed life style. No hustle or bustle. Just laid back. Small intimate restaurant and a few shops.

Great location

Close to the trading post and St Joe Seafood. Amazing location on the beach! 6 miles to the State park and 6 miles to 30A. This is an older unit that has been partially renovated and on the second floor so there are steps. The unit was clean. Our only real complaint was with the mattress in the master. We stayed 9 nights.

Nice but Property Needs Updating

The location of the property is right next to the ocean. You could hear the ocean waves from your bedroom window, which was really cool. The updates that have been done to the property were nice. However, the properties kitchen needs an overall. Also there were places throughout the property that needed a deep clean, specifically in the bathrooms. Overall not the worst or the best place I've stayed at.

Great View and Good Location

Great location near the Trading Post (grocery) and shops. Location is great for a quiet stay right on the gulf. The unit could use some cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, but overall it was nice stay! The views are great and you are steps from the beach. Further down the beach towards the state park is a bigger space on the beach, but perfect for a small group (just not a huge beachfront). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances and necessities. Easy check in and out procedures.

January retreat

The good things about this unit, it sits steps from the beach, has lovely views of the surf from multiple windows, it is very open with great lighting, great seating for reading or watching TV, nice dishwasher, stove and refrigerator, lovely dinnerware. The bad things, although the listing says everything is new, there were many things not in good shape. The counters in the kitchen are in desperate need of replacing. I misread the description, thought it said there was stainless steel cookware to use. The cookware is all nonstick and well worn. If I had known that, I would’ve brought my own pots. One of the instructions is to refill the Britta water filter, I’m not sure what happened to it, but there was no such filter. We did drink the tap water and it was fine, but for those people who would like to have a water filter, you need to bring your own. The shower curtain in the master bath needs to be replaced, it’s not clean. The shower nozzle in the master bath drips, so you have to leave it off of the connection dripping down into the Drain. The mattress is soft in the master bedroom, the listing said it was new, but the side closest to the door felt hollowed out like you were sleeping in a little low spot. That’s a matter of preference, we prefer a firmer mattress, this one was soft. Lamps in the sitting area did not have switches, not usable. For a unit that was recently remodeled per description, there were a lot of things in need of repair.

Thanksgiving getaway/get together

We have stayed in this unit multiple times now. Location is GREAT and great views! Super close to the beach - a matter of feet. The unit is always clean and well stocked. The owner is always good to work with. Cannot wait for our next visit.

Long weekend chill

The place is easy to find. Unit is on the second floor with great views of the gulf from every room. The unit is nicely furnished and the beds were comfy. Getting to the beach is easy and less than 30 seconds I'd say. The 2 general stores arewiyhin a half mile

Sunsets are breathtaking!!

My 13 year old daughter and I had the BEST week here! Literally everything about this property was perfect
I can’t say that I have any complaints or concerns at all. I appreciated the beach chairs and big umbrella; there were also sand toys and a small cooler in the laundry room...Dave literally thought of everything! The beach was never crowded; in fact, all 6 days we were there, there was never more than a dozen other people out. I absolutely love this location and look forward to my next vacation!!

Hiccup but satisfied with resolution

Things don’t always go perfectly, but as long as they are resolved, it’s OK. It was close to 10 PM when we arrived. We found that the unit had not been cleaned. It would have been better if communication responses with the manager could have been received before we went to sleep for the evening, but it was late and I was doubtful I would hear anything. I thought we were going to have to sleep in the vehicle, but we found clean sheets and were able to replace the ones on the bed. The cleaner was able to come out the following afternoon and did an excellent job. To make up for the issue , the manager offered an extra night, which we were able to accept. We enjoyed our stay and would consider this place again.
