Välkommen till Ships and Giggles, det senaste mästerstycket i golfen på Cape San Blas. Denna enhet renoverades helt under 2019 och är nu klar för uthyrning. Allt är helt nytt, inklusive möbler, apparater och sängkläder. Enheten har en master-svit med en king size-säng med utsikt över bukten. Det andra sovrummet, även med utsikt över bukten, har två enkelsängar, perfekta för kiddos. Det finns också en utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet med PANORAMIC utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Njut av morgonkaffe på det andra våningsdäcket med utsikt över vackra vattnen i viken. Detta är en enhet på översta våningen (andra våningen) och ligger perfekt för att njuta av en lång helg eller utökad semester. Inga husdjur är tillåtna och det krävs en vistelse på minst tre nätter. Det finns en fullständig kock-kichen med apparater i rostfritt stål. Det finns också två nyrenoverade badrum. Det nedre förrådsrummet innehåller en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Clean comfortable unit with amazing sunsets.

Unit is as advertised. Very comfortable. Kitchen is supplied well enough to cook and eat. It even had dishwashing liquid and paper towels. The beds were comfortable. Soft, but comfortable. The deck facing the gulf is large and has a clear view. We were amazed with the sunsets. This is a relaxed life style. No hustle or bustle. Just laid back. Small intimate restaurant and a few shops.

Great location

Close to the trading post and St Joe Seafood. Amazing location on the beach! 6 miles to the State park and 6 miles to 30A. This is an older unit that has been partially renovated and on the second floor so there are steps. The unit was clean. Our only real complaint was with the mattress in the master. We stayed 9 nights.

Great View and Good Location

Great location near the Trading Post (grocery) and shops. Location is great for a quiet stay right on the gulf. The unit could use some cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, but overall it was nice stay! The views are great and you are steps from the beach. Further down the beach towards the state park is a bigger space on the beach, but perfect for a small group (just not a huge beachfront). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances and necessities. Easy check in and out procedures.

Nice but Property Needs Updating

The location of the property is right next to the ocean. You could hear the ocean waves from your bedroom window, which was really cool. The updates that have been done to the property were nice. However, the properties kitchen needs an overall. Also there were places throughout the property that needed a deep clean, specifically in the bathrooms. Overall not the worst or the best place I've stayed at.

Long weekend chill

The place is easy to find. Unit is on the second floor with great views of the gulf from every room. The unit is nicely furnished and the beds were comfy. Getting to the beach is easy and less than 30 seconds I'd say. The 2 general stores arewiyhin a half mile

Location, location, location!

Spectacular views and proximity to beach

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. Loved the place and LOVED how close to water we were. I would advise to stop at grocery store prior to getting to Cape San Blas. Visited State Park and took a day to go to St.George Island. Loved shops on Main St of Port St.Joe If you like the absence of fast food joints everywhere and few people you’ll love this place. I loved this location!

Sunsets are breathtaking!!

My 13 year old daughter and I had the BEST week here! Literally everything about this property was perfect…I can’t say that I have any complaints or concerns at all. I appreciated the beach chairs and big umbrella; there were also sand toys and a small cooler in the laundry room...Dave literally thought of everything! The beach was never crowded; in fact, all 6 days we were there, there was never more than a dozen other people out. I absolutely love this location and look forward to my next vacation!!

Views were spectacular!

Beautiful gulf views. We love Cape San Blas and have been vacationing there for over 45 years. Ships and Giggles location is fantastic. Sunsets are Breathtaking. Shooting stars, fishing, beach walks, close to little grocery shop and bait shop. We will come back. Loved it!

Perfect spot for our quick weekend

Part of our family was in town for a weekend wedding and we wanted to be right on the beach. This was a perfect spot for our party of four, one adult with three kids. Coffee on the deck listening to the waves was wonderful, and the kids enjoyed going down to the beach and hanging out. Not far at all to downtown St. Joe, and very close to a convenience store on the cape for any little item you may have forgotten. Upon arrival, we had a quick question and the owner responded promptly and was very kind and helpful. Overall, a very nice stay and we would definitely visit again.

Perfect New Year Eve Celebration

We stayed three nights and enjoyed it. The location is wonderful. The beach is only a short distance. The property is a four-plex but we didn’t hear anyone else. It had all the cooking stuff we needed also. The doors need a little TLC from wear and tear and a few more lamps would be helpful for readers. We were quite happy with our stay.

We will be back!

The location is amazing just steps from the beach, with views of the water from every window! Sunsets are amazing! Very clean and family friendly! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. It was a nice surprise to have hand soap, dish soap and detergent, toilet paper, paper towel roll and even some laundry detergent accessible! Plenty of towels and linens provided! We had so much fun as a family of 4 here! We can’t wait to stay again!

The views from this condo are breath taking. The beach is only about 80 steps away. The condo was spacious and very clean. We can't say enough in praise of our experience. We plan on returning in the Spring.

Great Family Beach Vacation

This is our second stay in this unit. The views are incredible! There is a new sofa and loveseat which was nice, but no sleeper sofa. There is a blow up mattress if needed. Dave, the owner, is a great host and good communicator. The kitchen is stocked with most everything you would want. The walk to the beach is literally just steps. Would definitely recommend.

Worked well for our stay

Property met our needs. A few items to shore up microwave not working, fireplace not to be used, directions for TV did not work but was able to get some channels and used my account to get ESPN for bowl games, etc. Neighbors underneath us were very loud at night with kids running, jumping, screaming and adults participated. Could hear everything. This was the one reason we would probably not stay here again.
