Superb spacious 3 bedroom apartment located in the heart of the capital
The living area, living room, TV sofa gives access to a very functional open kitchen and a friendly dining area for 8 people
The area is full of shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets
My warm, modern, bright, tastefully decorated and fully equipped accommodation will give you an ideal stay with family or friends.
The Space:
100m2 apartment on the 1st floor with elevator which includes
- 1 Living room with sofa bed, coffee table
, TV, Wifi
- 1 dining area with table and chair for 8 people
- A fully equipped open kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine, etc.)
- 1 double bedroom with queen size bed
- 2 double queen size bedrooms with adjoining shower room (without toilet)
- 1 bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet
- 1 additional toilet
cleaning fee includes linens and towels for each guest and is carried out by a professional agent
Guest Access:
Travelers will have access to the entire apartment

Apartment very well located, in the heart of Paris, near rue Etienne Marcel and on the corner of rue Montorgueil, 5 minutes from the Grands Boulevards, 20 minutes from the Opera and 20 minutes from Beaubourg, on foot.
In this central and very lively district of Paris, you will find all your favorite shops and boutiques as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets are also within walking distance of the apartment
It is also the district of all the Parisian theaters, the famous Grand Rex cinema and the famous Grévin museum.
