Our cozy home will accommodate you and your family comfortably. Located close to Tahoe City and Carnelian Bay, there are tons of activities to benefit from. Enter into our open concept living room, upgraded kitchen, and dining area. Downstairs has a shared bathroom and bedroom off the back. The back deck at the end of the hall hosts our patio set and hot tub that sits in a peaceful wood setting. The bedrooms upstairs include an additional shared bathroom, and the washer and dryer are available for use.

Location:
Carnelian Bay is a small town in the middle of Kings Beach and Tahoe City, and central to activities around the Lake. The famous Gar Woods restaurant is located in the heart of Carnelian Bay and offers a beautiful view and public pier. Next door, Patton Beach has beach activity options. In the Winter months, cross country skiing is available within a short drive. Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and more are less than a half hour drive. Parking:
Parking is available in front of the home for 3 cars MAX. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 5 adults
