Our cozy condo is located in the mountains, but just minutes away from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Area and Amusement Park which offers year-round activities. Ride the Aerial Tramway for 2.1 miles and take in the breathtaking views of Gatlinburg and the surrounding Smoky Mountains. Three miles down the mountain you will discover the delightful town of Gatlinburg with entertainment on every corner, from the Village Shops with a variety of boutiques, restaurants and assorted attractions. Stop in and sample the spirits at Ole Smoky Moonshine, enjoy the sweetness of Gatlinburg’s local candy and stock up on souvenirs to celebrate your trip. After a morning of hiking, horseback riding, skiing or shopping, relax at The Smoky Mountain Brewery, the oldest craft brewery in East Tennessee. Just 10 miles away is Pigeon Forge with a countless number of popular attractions including Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, the Titanic Museum, Wonderworks and, of course Dollywood. Welcome to the mountains! Savor the magnificent views of the Smoky Mountains during the day or the nighttime lights of Pigeon Forge, from the private balcony of our newly updated condo at the Summit. The Summit condos are nestled high in the Smokies, over 3000ft atop Ski Mountain Road. A perfect place to relax, enjoy nature and getaway in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Smoky Top is a delightful, newly furnished two bedroom, two bath condo that includes a wood burning fireplace, granite countertops, fast and private wifi, indoor and outdoor pool, arcade room, outdoor picnic grill area and playground. Wild bears do occasionally wander onto the property, please do not feed or try to interact with them.

The location was great. Saw bear twice :). The road up the mountain was challenging at first, but I got used to it. Go slow at night, no street lights, and drop-offs all along the way up and down. The condo was just OK. It's small, but ok for 2/3 people tops. It was not clean, I hate to report. There was food under the dining table, egg shells left in the sink, hair in the shower, and in the bathroom trash cans. Contacted the owner with a quick reply. It desperately needs some TLC. Refigerate whined loudly all night, keeping us awake and making it hard to converse. Service guy, very friendly, came to fix, but it didn't last long, went right back to whining. That being said, we had a great time in Gaitlinberg! Have dinner at The Peddler. Excellent food and prices. Go more than once. :)

Perfect Weekend!

We loved this cute condo! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and loved the rustic decor. It is close to Ober Gatlinburg wnere we took the tram to Downtown Gatlinburg to enjoy breakfast and the Sky Park. We even saw bears on two separate occasions! I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Great property nestled in the hills

Wonderful location. Amazing views from second floor balcony. Fully stocked house. Max always responded within minutes. Make sure you reach the house before dark on the first day. Driving up the mountain can be tricky in the dark.

Beautiful Mountain View!

I was in a bind and needed to find a new place to stay fast. I found this listing and within minutes of booking, Max responded back with all of the information I needed. The drive up the mountain was amazing- we saw many baby bears! Clean property, great views and very responsive owner!

The condo was perfect. The views were breathtaking and were exactly as shown in the pictures. The listing/pictures were accurate. Short drive to Smoky Mt National Park and downtown Gatlinburg. The road up the mountain was steep and curvy, but not difficult once you drive it. The host, Max, was exceptional in communicating. Would definitely stay here again

Our stay was perfect. We had a slight issue with one of the bathrooms when we checked in but the property owner was very quick with his message responses and the problem was addressed promptly and professionally. Would recommend and would stay again!

1st Vrbo trip & would come back

My wife and I wanted to travel to the Smoky Mountains and took a chance on this Vrbo property after reading the excellent reviews. The reviews helped us the best. The one question I didn’t think to ask before booking was if there was a requirement to use stairs. There is. It was a 2nd floor condo and no elevator. My wife has a disability and my old knees aren’t the greatest. We did OK getting our stuff up and down the stairs, but we would’ve preferred an elevator. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that needed fixed. But that didn’t negatively impact our trip. We love the view and had a great stay. If we go back to Gatlinburg, we would love to stay there again. Max responded to any question very quickly. Awesome responsiveness.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Condo was exactly as described on website. Very clean and cozy. Had all the essentials we could ask for, except for the food we brought in ( of course ). The indoor pool was enjoyed and very appreciated. We stayed September 26 thru 29......right during the rains of hurricane Helene. Thankfully, we were safe and sound. Even through all the rains and cloudiness we were able to enjoy the views from the balcony, especially the beautiful rainbow that showed on our last day. We were also able to see a total of 5 bears! Very cool! The host was very attentive in sending emails and all the info we needed right before our visit. We did not need to contact him during our stay, but I'm sure he would have responded if needed. All four of us had a great time.

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and loved the rustic decor. The road to get to the condo is a little crazy but the views make up for it in the morning!

Enjoyed our stay overall

We enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was amazing! My only critique of this property was the towel situation. We had a total of 3 towels for five people which was frustrating. There were also no beach towels provided which I found to be odd since there is a pool onsite.

Spring break in the Great Smoky Mountains

Clean property with great view. Older bathrooms with toilets that can clog easily. Of note- make sure you bring Keurig cups if you need coffee in the morning. There is no coffee maker and no Keurig cups were provided. There is no grocery store in Gaitlinberg where you can run in and buy some. Seems trivial but hard when you are the kind of person who needs coffee to wake up. I would recommend the owner obtains a reusable Keurig cup for use.

Great last minute trip

We decided to come to Tennessee from Ohio for spring break. It was very last minute, we booked the day before check-in. Everything with booking was fast and easy. Loved punching in the door code and being 'home'. Condo was nice, clean and just as described online. Three of us stayed and it was perfect. Roomy for us all, and having a second bathroom is always great. Views were wonderful.... day and night. It's a doozie coming up the hills to the actual property, but worth it. My only complaints were that the towels were clean, but not fresh. They had a musty rancid smell to them as soon as any got wet. Second complaint is more for the complex itself, not the condo. The wooded area under the balcony's was filthy. Lots of garbage and trash. Not a good look, and definitely an eye sore when you're trying to look for bears and whatnot. Other than that we had a great stay. Would stay again, and recommend to friends.
