Across the street from the beach. you can hear the waves. This Apartment is fully stocked with all kitchen items, linens, towels, beach towels, and two beach chairs. Central Air Conditioning. (Access to shared free laundry) Restaurants and grocery stores nearby (Publix 1 mile). Multiple public beach and River areas within a few miles and world class fishing is only 14 miles away at the Sebastian Inlet. WIFI, TVs with Roku (you can use the Roku to link most streaming accounts) in the living room and both bedrooms. Back yard fenced in patio with table and seating for 4 off the kitchen for outside drinks and dining. Apartment has parking for 2 cars. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath rooms (2nd bathroom is off the living room). Apartment is the center unit of a 3-unit building. PET FEE $100 FOR EACH PET

Peggy & Tim fell in love with the area. We live near by this beautiful Apartment most of the year. After Spending most of our lives on the Ocean City NJ beaches we decided to duplicate our love of the beach with a place in Melbourne Beach. We hope you will love this apartment and area as much as we do.
