The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms have double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The 14th arrondissement is a district where life is good, as the singer Renaud, a worthy representative of the district, used to say. Similar to Rue Montorgueil, rue Daguerre itself is also a famous pedestrian street, "The Daguerre Village", pictured in a film of Agnès Varda, a film director oscarized in 2017 for her career. This nickname conveys the unique atmosphere that comes from the many little shops of all kinds that dot both sides of a street devoted to the French style of life.

Daguerre is a quite special location in Paris, with direct connections, by RER to the Olympic Games site (16mns) and to Charles De Gaulle Airport (40mns); by OrlyBus to ORLY Airport (25mns); by Metro to "Gare de l'Est" (L4, 20mns), "Gare du Nord" (L4, 21mns), "Gare de Lyon" (L6, 15mns), "Gare Montparnasse" (L4/6, 5mns), "Tour Eiffel" (L6, 20mns), "Champs-Elysées" (L6, 25mns), "Notre Dame" (L4, 15mns), Le Louvre (L4, 20mns). Versailles is 25 mns away by train from "Gare Montparnasse". And, of course, "Les catacombs" are just there.

When it comes to eating and shopping, stroll down Rue Daguerre for bakeries, patisseries (try their tasty macaroons), wine bars, and restaurants, and continue walking for 10 mins towards Montparnasse, a large shopping center. There are also many places to eat there at all prices. A small recommendation for the many Breton creperies. A further 10 mins walk takes you to "Le Bon Marché", the oldest department store in Paris. Finally, try "l'entrepôt, " an incredible place of artistic life with a restaurant, cocktail bar, garden terrace, concert halls, and art galleries that are 10 minutes walk from Daguerre.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro and RER station, Denfert-Rochereau, is just a one-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
