Detta vintage flodhem ligger vid stranden av den vackra ryska floden. Riverside Hideaway är en gäststuga som ligger nere från huvudbyggnaden på fastigheten. Det finns en egen ingång, privat täckt veranda m / gas BBQ med utsikt över floden och soligt delvis inhägnad gård. Åtkomst till floden är med trappor för att docka. TOT # 725N

Vardagsrummet har en fristående gasspis, trägolv, futon i full storlek och underhållningscenter med kabel-TV. Sovrummen är rymliga med bekväma sängar (queen size) (inklusive extra duntäcken) och TV i sovrummet. Badrummet är i Jack and Jill-stil med stalldusch. Köket har renoverats och har nyare lönnskåp, bänkskivor i granit, kylskåp, gasbricka och mikrovågsugn. Fler bilder finns tillgängliga på begäran. Kajaker kan vara tillgängliga på begäran.

Detta hem ligger inom gångavstånd till centrala Monte Rio, mataffär, offentlig strand, båtuthyrning, biograf, tennisbanor och restauranger. Northwood Golf Course är apx. en mil bort. Pacific Coast (Jenner) ligger inom 15 minuters bilresa. Guerneville ligger 8 km öster. Vi ligger inom ett kort köravstånd till många Sonoma County vingårdar. This home is very beautiful. You can’t beat the location with the beautiful views to the River and pine trees.Check in and check out were very easy, allowing us to fully relax on this trip.

Wonderful mini-getaway with kid & grandma

Took my elderly mom and my kids (8 and 13yo) here for a long weekend. The place was perfect. A backyard for grandma to bask in the sun and access to a canoe and kayaks for me and the kids. We walked to dinner one night and ate in another night. We played cards on the porch and watched a movie at night. The apartment is small but cute and the location right on the water can't be beat! Owner was quick to respond with questions. Wifi was strong if you need to work.

AMAZING home and location

We stayed here for a weekend event. The home is in the perfect location. Beautiful patio views while BBQing and enjoying the home. It had everything needed in the kitchen and lots of space to sit and eat. The yard below and the dock were nice touches. It was a hot weekend and we enjoyed the swimming in the river and the use of the Kayaks, etc. Kim is an excellent host. She was always available and had the place very clean and ready to stay. We didnt want to leave! I will for sure be booking again.

The location, our sweet host Kim and the weather all came together to create a perfect weekend for my birthday.The apartment is well decorated,clean and met our needs as a family of four. Would definitely recommend it!

Family Wedding

Very nice cottage! Front and back yards are beautiful as is the view of the Russian River. 2 nice size bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, super rear deck surrounded by giant redwoods. And, this area is very close to some awesome scenery - from an easy, leisurely drive along the Pacific coast to the Redwood forest and many Sonoma wineries. We had a wonderful time! Bill and Christy

Fun on the River

Very clean and well maintained property. Great to have access to two kayaks and a canoe. Walking distance to the beach and town and the fun Boho Manor. We hope to return!

Great place

Totally worth it to stay here. Place is very cute. While the bathroom is small and the houses are close together, the big bedrooms and well appointed kitchen are great. Sitting on the back deck and using the kayaks right from the dock were our favorite parts.

Lovely Gem

We very much enjoyed our weekend stay at this riverside hideaway. For the price, the unit is very large (bathroom is a bit small, but not unmanageable at all) and most importantly, very well appointed (unlike many other places we have stayed.) The only wobble is that trying to figure out if we'd successfully turned the gas fired stove off was a little bit challenging - hopefully we managed it. Other than that, 2 thumbs up. Highly recommended, and hope to be able to stay there again the next time we head to the Russian River!

Perfection on the River

This is the perfect home for a get away in the redwoods. The location and views are breathtaking and Kim the owner was a delight. The landscaping is beautifully done with multiple terraces down to the river. All you need is a cup of coffee or glass of wine while you sit and take in the beauty of it all. We most certainly will be back. Thank you Kim for providing all of us an opportunity to enjoy!

Great birthday getaway

This was a cute home and a great place to relax. I came with my mom to celebrate my birthday. It was great to have that quality time together. I thought the description of the place said we'd be staying on the ground floor. So, I was surprised when we had to climb a flight of stairs to get to our place. My mom is 89 years old, and was able to make it, but it was tiring for her. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing getaway weekend for both of us.

I grew up in San Francisco but spent many weekends and all summer in this home in Monte Rio. My dream was to move to the Russian River and purchase this home back as my parents had sold it years before. It has been lovingly renovated keeping the old river charm.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This home was my families summer home in the 60's and 70's. I purchased it in 1998 and have enjoyed restoring the home. I have many fond memories of summers spent at this home in Monte Rio.
