The property was outstanding. The only "hiccup" was that the combo provided for access to the house wasn't the correct combo. Fortunately the host quickly responded with the correct combo. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a very nice home and the host was very hospitable. My grandchildren loved the welcome basket of treats and the markers for painting the wooden fish ornaments. The hot tub was wonderful! Many things were provided for us to enjoy our stay, including bath wash, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful house that spared no expense with updates. House was immaculate and welcoming with such thoughtful attention to detail. Wine Country to Coast were so kind and lovely to deal with. Had a wonderful stay with our family.

This was a great location to either stay in Bodega Bay or visit San Francisco, Petaluma and other great N. Coast towns. Sleep was quiet and comfortable. We noticed just a few spiderwebs but overall clean home. We had a great time for our 1 week stay!

Nice Place To Stay

My grandkids loved the Welcome Package that was left for us. They spent a lot of time using the wonderful acrylic markers that were provided for them to use. The hot tub was quite nice and enjoyed by all. The kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare our meals throughout the week. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean. I did not talk to the host but we did talk to the management company regarding getting in earlier. My daughter in law was pregnant and needed to rest and they accommodate our request. The kitchen was stock adequately. My girls had a great time cooking. Hot tub was clean except the patio area needed the leaves sweep up. The home was comfortable and lots of room for us. My granddaughter loved playing with the big doll house. The rug in the kids room seemed dirty with dark spots. It also sort of smelled like wet hay or barn. Over all it was a beautiful home and the view of the harbor and bay was awesome especially from the deck upstairs. We would go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is really lovely. Tons of light, plenty of room, amazing view from the top deck. Beware that the hot tub is on a 110 outlet so if anything goes wrong with it it will take forever to heat. We had a three day rental and only had use of the hot tub for one day. They came to fix it but it took 24 hours to heat.

Great, Relaxing Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took a girls' trip over a long weekend and stayed here. The property was very well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and everything was in great condition. The hot tub and patios were lovely to have outdoor time while relaxing at home, and we had everything we needed to cook. There is a fog horn you can hear outside, it sounds like a soft beeping sound, so just something to be aware of (I'm sure it's audible throughout the town). For a larger group, there isn't a huge gathering area as the seating is spread out across a few nooks.

Ants

The house is nice - it has a private driveway and yard, the furnishings and design are nice, the kitchen is pretty well stocked. Unfortunately, they have ants. The property management says they’re available 24/7 to assist, but they don’t respond unless it is 9-5. They said they couldn’t do anything about the ants and ended up bringing a can of Raid to the house. I could not find a broom, so they brought one, but no dustpan - there was a dirty, broken one in the garage that I used. The house was fairly clean, but I swept a lot to deal with the ants and the floors weren’t very clean to begin with, though the toilets and showers were clean and the linens were clean. The couch that folds down into a bed didn’t have any instructions on how to do that and it took a little while to figure it out. The location of the house is okay, you can walk to a few shops and restaurants, but no beaches are really in walking distance, I don’t think. We were the second renters, so hopefully this feedback will help.

Very nice place, clean and totally updated,large yard for kids, private gate to enter, ping pong table in the garage and a hot tub, had a minor issue with the tv and the host had a new remote delivered, I would stay again

Absolutely loved this place. Had everything we expected and more. Little treats for us and our daughter. Privacy. Quiet. Games. Beautiful upstairs deck overlooking the bay (beautiful sunsets too), walking distance to groceries and restaurants, etc etc etc. Clean and a very cool and cozy place. Wish we could have stayed longer, but you better believe we will be back. Great experience and worth every penny.
