Enjoy a getaway in this gorgeous updated Villa on Hilton Head Island just a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Take walks along the beach with private beach access from the gated community. After a long day of fun in the sun come back to this spacious Villa and enjoy the updated kitchen and coffee bar. Make memories as you ride bikes around the community or grill out on the patio. If you don't feel like cooking this home is centrally located to several restaurants and great shopping!

Our two story villa in located in the beautiful Shipyard community; where you will find a communal pool, private beach access, bike paths, and lush greenery.

From the moment you get onto the island you’ll feel the great family atmosphere and never want to leave. Our villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with a large family style table that seats 6, along with a small bar and stools for sitting. The dining room is open to the living room where there is a large couch and love seat, 50 inch TV with cable box, and a stocked coffee bar. You may enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee or nights grilling on our patio. The patio is secluded and fully furnished with chairs, tables, and a grill. Downstairs there is also a half bath and laundry room available for use. When you go up the stairs, you’ll start with the loft area that has a bunk bed and TV with roku. The owners suite has a king bed, private balcony, TV with cable box, and full bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, TV with roku, and full bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combination.

We offer 2 adult bikes, 1 children’s bike, and a bike trailer for your use. If you need anymore rentals there are various businesses very close to the home to accommodate.

The pool is just a 3 minute walk from the villa. The beach is less than 1 mile, 20 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride, or just a quick drive. The beach access has bike racks and parking spots available.

The island is full of great restaurants and activities; from boat or kayak rentals, dinner or dolphin cruises, various restaurants and shopping, or just taking a nice walk or bike ride on the beach.

Amazing Stay

We love this condo and the Shipyard community! The condo is clean and spacious and provides everything you need, and the extra bunks in the loft/hall area are great for kids. There is plenty of seating in the family room and outdoors on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay and Angela is very responsive when we had a few questions.

Beautiful Townhome

This townhome was beautifully decorated, very clean and had very comfortable beds. All the details were thought of and there was tons of space for the 6 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we really liked it. We had a few issues with the screen door but the owners were sending someone to fix it. Overall, it was super convenient to the pool and the beach. The kitchen was well furnished and there was ample space for my family of 6. The best part was that there were towels and beach chairs that we could use for free.

Really clean, cozy, and well-stocked with lots of extras (linens, appliances, beach stuff, etc). Appreciated the bikes and the location near everything. We'd love to return.

Home away from home

Second time staying at this property. It’s perfect for our family. All the amenities if you need anything. Quick drive or bike ride to the beach and pool is steps away. I hope we can stay here again next year.

Great condo/great location

This is a really nice condo; love the large kitchen. The condo is very spacious and has a large outdoor area. It's in a great location and has it's very own beach access. The owner was so easy to work with. If I had any questions, she responded very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property was great. Beds and couches were comfortable. This condo has a lot of amenities and is close to many restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Pool was nice and uncrowded but the weather was also on the cool side. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Relaxing Stay!

We’ve stayed in shipyard many times but this was the first at this property and it was right up there at the top. The unit was well appointed and updated, the kitchen especially! The master bed was very comfortable which is one thing I worry about when traveling, but no issues at all. This unit is centrally located between the beach and Coligny shopping which is a win when traveling with teens obsessed with shopping. The bikes were a nice touch as well. Will stay here again!

Perfect home away from home

The condo couldn't have been better. Everything you could think of was available, even a pair of cheater reading glasses! It was clean, comfortable, within walking distance to the pool which was lovely. A short bike ride brought you to the ocean too! It was conveniently located to great restaurants and attractions. It made our stay easy and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend 33 Sailmaster in the Shipyard for your next stay!
