Great Condo

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The condo had all the necessary amenities and it is clear that the host is very responsive to previous comments of guests as did not want for any items that other guests felt were lacking. I highly recommend this condo.

First time stay

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and this was a great introduction. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of good options, beach and pool right downstairs. Our check-in was tricky at first because it was late and we had a bit of a hard time finding the building, but I called the host and he picked up right away to help get us where we’re needed to go. We would stay here again.

Exceeded expectations!

Property is great, right on the beach. Owner responded very quickly and was very gracious and friendly with a special request we made of him. Beach chairs (low riders) were a plus. Would stay again for sure.

Fantastic space, convenient to airport and the beach

Fantastic communication, and super friendly. The condo was in great shape, and the property was overall decent. Convenient to some great restaurants. The bars across the street go all night, so if you are a light sleeper it could be rough. But noise never bothered me. Would absolutely rent again.

Great Location/Amenities

1st stay in PR.... Great location, very nice accomodations. Street below gets noisy, but hey, its a vacation spot. Larry was very helpful and attentive. The beautiful beach is steps away - five stars!

I stayed here with my son and nephew, this apt was better then i expected, if i had a complaint it was the floor next to the shower get really wet when you shower, but that is nothing... 10/10 in my stay

Quick girls trip

The property was great! Loved being right on the beach and having our own parking spot. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. The view was so beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

GREAT CONDO IN ISLA VERDE

Perfect condo with terrace overlooking city and mountains. Location is ideal for Isla Verde restaurants and shops. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of extras like beach chairs, cooler etc. Samsung TVs have lots of free channels and In unit washer / dryer is nice for wet beach towels. Building is very safe with a pool and playground and direct beach access where they also rent chairs and umbrellas. Larry was easy to communicate with. Highly recommended. I would rent again next year if available, (Note pictures are accurate but must have been taken at night because the condo has plenty of sunlight during the day.)

Perfect vacation condo!

We had a great stay at this condo. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and utensils for doing breakfast there. The view of the city with the planes coming in was great! We walked to some awesome restaurants and bars so no need to rent a car. When needed, we Ubered to Old San Juan or to the Ocean Lab Brewery. We hope to be back soon!

Heaven on earth

This property is amazing from the host being so attentive, location, cleanliness and overall great. Larry was a great host. Property was exactly as it shows in the pictures, great amenities and clean. We had a great time and we cant wait to come back.

Pretty good stay

The property is on the beach with easy access, security and all we needed. It is not beach facing. Lots of food places across the road. We found Walgreens particularly helpful. We wish there are more instructions on WiFi and how to turn on hot water in shower because they are not intuitive. I

Everything was exactly like the pictures on this site...Everything was clean to perfection. Location was great! Right on the beach and everything was near by... i had a rental however didnt need it much.. Walgreens across thacross the street....

Wonderful apartment

We were very comfortable, the apartment was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay, was just a walk through the gates to see a clean beach. I highly recommended the apartment and Larey was always very helpful.

PR Stay 2023

Our stay at Larry’s apartment was a great base for our vacation. Being on the beach was great for days we didn’t explore. The accommodations were comfortable and the extras (beach chairs, cooler, speaker, etc) were a welcome addition.

Great condo and location

We had an amazing time and found the location to be perfect. The condo was clean, organized and comes with so many added amenities including beach chairs, and our kids enjoyed the beach toys. The property is right on the beach and there are many places within walking distance. We were very impressed with everything and the view is incredible. Larry is a great host and very responsive. We will gladly visit again!

Good comfortable bed; good for 2 kids. No functioning washer dryer so bring coins to use laundromat in basement! Host provided various beach items and other essentials! Responsive host!

Wonderful Host and Apt

The apt had everything you might need for your stay. It was immaculate and comfortable for four adults! The balcony had a nice view of the mountains. There is a lot of security on the property. The beach was beautiful and quieter then other beaches we visited. Across the street is a bit busy but a fun atmosphere. The building itself could use some upgrades, but the apt was in excellent shape! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Stay!

The property was exactly as described. Security is on point. The second day we were there my husband lost his wedding ring in the pool we let security know, and the next day they found my husband’s ring! The pool was fantastic and the beach was wonderful. Larry provided everything we needed for a stay chairs cooler even cooking appliances, extra beach towels, etc. I will definitely stay here again!

Paradise in Isla Verde

This place was great for my family. The three of us really enjoyed our stay. Being on the 15th floor makes for great views. Having the beach as your backyard was truly amazing. Everything was very accessible to us within walking distance. Dedicated parking space was very convenient and located where we could see it from our condo. We had a great time. Thanks again.

Perfect property and location

We stayed at this property over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The check in process was a breeze. The owner has easy instructions and information for the apartment and building. It is a quick elevator ride and you are steps from the beach. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. The beach chairs, towels, cooler, and umbrella were a very nice bonus for perfect days on the beach. I highly recommend this property!
