Våra villor är två våningar höga, luftkonditionerade och fullt utrustade. Alla sängkläder och handdukar ingår. En första försörjning av tvål, schampo, toalettpapper, pappershandduk och tvål finns också.

THE SOVRUM OCH EN HALV / TVÅ BADVILLA (980 kvm) har:

Övervåningar: privat sovrum med 1 queen size-säng, garderob och en TV, en SEMI-privat andra sovrum med en queen size-säng och garderob. Ett badrum i det privata sovrummet (och ett badrum i bottenvåningen).

Uppsättningen av rummen är perfekt för familjer med små barn. Du skulle behöva passera genom ett mindre sovrum för att komma åt huvud sovrummet.

NEDSTAIRS: frukostområde, fullt utrustat kök (elektrisk räckvidd, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, kaffebryggare, brödrost, disk, glas, krukor etc.), och ett vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa i full storlek, ett badrum, uteplats med två stolar och ett litet bord. En TV, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Great Experience

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Myrtle was very helpful and communicated with us during our entire stay. Home is located in a great location close to many attractions and activities.

Nice place for a family

The checkin was easy and the place was clean. Even though it technically is a 2/2 the bedrooms are set up a little weird. You have to walk through one room to get to the other. It wouldn’t be a problem for a family but not for friends and couples. I would definitely take my family there on vacation.

Work trip

Communication was awesome, the property was clean, the bedroom layout was a little odd (have to walk through 1 to.get to the other) but for me it was no issue. The shower in the downstairs batnroom was a.little small but the water was hot. All other ammenties were there, dishes, towels, etc. Location was such that traffic was.not an issue when I stayed there.

Just what we needed for Disney

Clean, comfortable, perfect for a trip to Disney. Approximately 10-15 min drive to parks, lots of restaurants near by. Seemed like a good location. Check in and out were easy. Will def stay again!

Great Stay

We enjoyed staying at this condo while visiting SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. The drive to the parks was quick and easy and took only 5-10 minutes depending on time of day. The condo was small but perfectly adequate for relaxing at the end of the day and preparing breakfasts and dinners. The view out the patio doors was nice with flowering trees and water view. Condo was very clean. Would highly recommend. I did not find the location noisy at all. Parking spot was close to door of condo.

Cozy Villa

Myrtle’s home was very clean and comfortable. In a great location close to Universal and Disney. Just a few minutes from downtown Orlando made it very accessible for anything we needed. Very affordable and would stay there again!

Perfect Location!

Myrtle was an excellent host, answered very quickly. Parking was so convenient - two assigned stalls very close to the townhouse! Location near Trader Joe’s, and I think Outlets, too, but we only did the parks. Right between Universal and Disney World! Quiet location, nice backyard view. Loved the drawers and counter space in the bathroom - made it so easy to keep my toiletries at hand and get ready faster! Plus the light was good - not like at some hotels where you’re in the dark! Could use a little more outlets in the bedrooms, but we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Myrtle!

The location was perfect for our Universal trip with many things close by! Everything was clean and there were plenty of clean towels to use which is always so nice to have! We absolutely loved our stay!

Great Location

Clean and tidy space. Great location that is close to lots of stores and attractions as well as a short drive into downtown. Easily accessible. Something worth mentioning is that the bedrooms are connected with one bathroom in one bedroom. That would be weird for some people. If we have a small group, we would stay here again.

Very nice place

100x better than staying at a hotel. Easily accessible vs. driving all around looking for some out of the way place. Residence was clean and very quiet. Would stay there again.

Great location but beware of traffic noise

Overall the place was good but the one surpise is the traffic noise. Everything else was as advertised. Couch though was very uncomfortable and the place had very small ants which there was ant killer under the sink to treat them. Property manager was excellent and was very responsive to all my questions.

Conference and theme parks

The flat is in a good, central location that made commuting easy. There was some mold in the upstairs bathroom on arrival, but the host sent a handyman to address this in a timely manner. The consumable items listed in the ad were extremely limited and of low quality. Ants and a cockroach were notes throughout the stay, although perhaps this may be normal in Florida homes. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and word recommend as a functional accommodation.

Comfortable stay

We had a great stay at the location. This unit was perfect for our 3 member family with space to share. It was close to all the parks which helped us get to them faster. Myrtle was always reachable to address any of the questions.

Vacation

Myrtle was a great host. We enjoyed visiting Orlando for vacation and coming back to a cute little villa. Myrtle was quick to respond and even allowed us to check-in early!

it served our purpose

Was happy overall with our stay. The A/C unit did not work very well, but there were box fans available so we made do. I am just glad it wasn't hotter during our time there
