The full kitchen features a wall-mounted oven and microwave, as well as a dishwasher and three-person breakfast bar. A minifridge in the downstairs studio means the drinks will stay cold all night long.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Overall all

Overall it's a decent house. Pretty big just wish the mattress were better quality and more comfortable. Kitchen lacked can opener and a decent knife set. Home was clean at check in. The beach was a 3-4minute walk away that was very nice.

Great find!!

Spacious and elegant house. One thing to note is that the lower room is disconnected from rest of the house - you need to go outside and up the stairs to reach the main living room, not a big deal but if weather is bad it's an inconvenience.

The location was good…a short walk to the beach. BUT, there’s no washer or dryer and several things were broken. One item was a safety concern. First floor bathroom sink doesn’t work. The dishwasher had to be put together every day to use it. The “keurig” side of the coffee pot didn’t work and the electric skillet didn’t work. Many dishes taken from the cabinets had to be washed prior to using. The biggest issue was the glass shower door fell on my grandson. (It’s a miracle it didn’t break.) Vacasa’s response to our initial call was to compensate us a little over $60 for the missing washer/dryer. That wasn’t sufficient… This could be a great house if someone would fix/replace everything properly.
