Välkommen till Bayview Haven! Du kommer att älska det här hemmet. Det är enormt, med ett underbart öppet utrymme och en fantastisk utsikt! Den har 5 sovrum och en loft. Alla med eget privat badrum. Detta skulle vara ett fantastiskt hus för ett par tillflyktsort, eftersom varje sovrum har eget badrum. Ta med din familj, ta med dina vänner, det här hemmet sover upp till 19 personer.

Du kommer att njuta av den obegränsade utsikten över Laguna Madre från din främre balkong. Om du är i vindsport eller kajakpaddling, kan du lägga in i slutet av vägen. Dessutom får du också ett garage för att lagra din utrustning. Om du är här under sommaren kan du också se Bayside fyrverkerier från din egen balkong! Vyerna är fantastiska!

Bayview Haven ligger på en lugn gata på ön Bayside. Undvik den hektiska stranden och nöjesområdet på ön och bo på Bayview Haven. Stranden ligger bara en kort promenad bort. Här kommer du kunna slappna av. Du får en king size-säng i master sviten samt en bäddsoffa. Det finns ett andra sovrum med en king size-säng också. De tre andra sovrummen har alla en drottning. På loftet har du tre enkelsängar och en bäddsoffa. I vardagsrummet finns också en bäddsoffa.

Detta hus har ett vackert kök med en lång matbord. Köket är öppet för det stora loftet vardagsrummet, med 3 soffor för avkoppling. På den lägre nivån av de två sovrummen hittar du ett pentry som leder dig utanför till den bakre uteplatsen. Din grupp kommer att ha gott om utrymme för att alla ska trivas utan att vara ovanpå varandra.

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely perfect for our large family getaway! The house offered an impressive amount of space—plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable, and the open-concept living and dining areas made it easy for us to gather and enjoy meals together. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking for a big group a breeze. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for families.The location was another major highlight—just a short walk to the beach, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and spending our days relaxing by the shore. This rental truly offered the best of both comfort and convenience. We would definitely book again!

They were great, and they communicate fast!The house was big enough for our party of eight. There is a smell in the restrooms that we could not get rid of. The smell is stronger in the master bathroom. The kitchen is very nice! There is a door on the balcony, going towards the master bedroom, it does not lock. The air circulation in the rooms downstairs, is not good. We didn't mind the coin operated washing machine. Overall, our stay was good. We had loads of family fun and would stay again.

Great time, great stay

Listing as described. We had a blast and it was nice having to look for your buddies throughout the house in different roooms and locations due to them being scattered all over. Gives it a maze feeling. I have absolutely nothing to say about this home except that you will have a blast in it. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay on your property. Until next time 🤘🤘

Amazing stay!

The house was awesome we had space and the rooms was nice and clean. We had the most beautiful view day and night! Wasn't far from the beach or bars. Was enough space to park our cars and golf carts we rented.

Fantastic experience!

This place was AMAZING! Photos do not do it justice. One of the air conditioners went out while we were staying, but we were contacted by the property managers and things were fixed right away. There was no inconvenience to us at all. I highly recommend staying here!!

Nice property

This is a nice property, in a decent location. Unfortunately, the post-rental interactions were less than ideal. We believe we left the house in perfect condition - exactly the same as when we arrived. Yet it took nearly 3 weeks to hear anything about the refund of our deposit. When we finally did receive the refund, over $90 had inexplicably been deducted. There was no explanation of any kind, just a reduced amount. It took several calls to get the explanation that "a lamp was broken" - with no further details. It took another 2 weeks to get a TINY photo of a broken lamp and an invoice, but no other information at all was provided. So we can't determine where the lamp was, to try to reconstruct what happened. There were only 6 of us, and nobody remembers breaking a lamp. Was the lamp broken by our party? I honestly don't know, and "Rent on Padre" really isn't helping much, providing only the bare minimum information, and only after multiple requests. It has all the hallmarks of a scam to me. So with that said, VRBO offers rental insurance when you book. I highly recommend buying it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all Padra was great.The house we had to clean before we could settle in.1)Rotten apple under the bed.2)A car jack holding up the bed3) washer and dryer did not work.4)oven did not operate for 2 days (they had to come out and flip the breaker)5)The home smelled of mildew.After all of this management was very receptive and tried to make sure that everything was handled that was not working. I feel that the owner has neglected the home for needed repairs and furniture that it is so desperately needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is fantastic, there was so much room for everyone, we never felt like we were stuck in each other's space! The house was clean and well kept, instructions weren't hard to follow to keep the house in order for the security deposit, and they had most everything we needed. I would advise you to take your own coffee machine if you're a coffee drinker, there was one there but it didn't work too well, otherwise, everything was in tip-top shape! My family and I had a wonderful time there and made many new memories, this is a great place to book, do it, you won't regret it!! Melissa was helpful and always just a phone call away, the location is great, not too far from the shopping scene and close enough to the party scene and night life of Padre if that's your thing. It's in a quiet neighborhood where you'll definitely feel safe staying in with your family!!

The neighbors were quiet. We liked that because we didn't have to worry about crazy people keeping us up at night. It was sooooo clean. There is a barbeque food truck that we ate at a couple times. I think it was called Porky's pit. It was right on the corner of the main street Padre Blvd beside the bar that is there. The house is beautiful, the yard too. I can't wait to come back next year

It was on a quiet street with nice neighbors. We spent a lot of time on the front deck looking out over the bay. Be sure to check when fireworks are on the bay because you can see them from the front balcony.
