Good place and location. Host was responsive right away once we checked in and solved the one minor issue we had right away.I stated on our initial booking (many weeks in advance) that we were going to park our camper there during our stay (19', fits in a standard parking space), but was told I could not park it there a few hours before arrival. Host did provide a solution (park at a grocery store near by) that worked out

Great location Clean and lovely condo. On the negative side it was quite hot when we first arrived. However, when we called management, they were very responsive and quickly brought some extra fans. Also, there were many times during the day that trains went by on the nearby track. The noise was a problem for the people sleeping in one of the guest rooms. We wish there had been a bike rack to lock our bikes onto. Overall, we would highly recommend this rental. It was well equipped in the kitchen, and management was always easy to reach and very responsive

Thank you for the five-star review! Glad Cozens Pointe Building I Unit I201 was in a great location, clean, and well equipped in the kitchen. We’re sorry the unit was quite warm when you arrived but pleased our team could respond quickly with extra fans. We also apologize that nearby train noise affected a guest’s sleep — thank you for letting us know; we’ll explore options to help mitigate that for future guests. We’ll share your bike-rack suggestion with the owner and maintenance. We appreciate you choosing Stay Winter Park and would love to host you again.
