Rymligt hus med 5 sovrum med 4 fulla badrum och ett halvt badrum. Detta hem rymmer 16. Lätt promenad till stranden! Beläget ¾ mil söder om Surfside piren underbara restauranger och barer och 2 miles norr om Garden City Pier med stor arkad och fiske tillgängliga. Hemmet ligger bara en kort bilresa från Murrells Inlet, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk och Broadway at the Beach.

Utomhus: Ett komplett underhållningsområde i trädgården: Uppvärmd 12 x 24 fot i marken, en 6-personers badtunna, stor 14 x 28 uteplats med eldstad och bensinstation och gott om sittplatser för alla. Det finns en andra gasgrill på sidan av huset och en kolgrill. Parkering under garage och uppfart rymmer 4 bilar beroende på storlek.

Inomhus: Ett mycket rent, exceptionellt underhållet och fullt möblerat hem. Den har gratis höghastighets WIFI-service och köket har allt du behöver för att rymma 16 personer. Vardagsrummet har möblerats med en 50 ”plasma-TV och Blue Ray DVD-spelare som är trådlös redo att titta på alla dina HD-program och Netflix. Sovrummen har 1 King, 5 Queens, 1 Dbl och 1 utdragbar soffa för att sova 16. Master bdrm är möblerad med en 50 ”plasma-TV och de återstående sovrummen har stora platt-TV-apparater. Alla drottningssängar har uppgraderats till att inkludera en Temper Pedic Topper och sovrummet har en King Size Beauty Rest madrass. Alla badrum har hårtork och tvättstugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Alla sängkläder, handdukar och badlakan tillhandahålls.

Best family vacation

I would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and enough large beach towels for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beach was less than a 5 minute walk.

Great place!!

We enjoyed our stay at windswept, and if we plan another trip down to myrtle beach wouldnt want to stay anywhere else. Location and amenities were perfect.

I highly recommend making this your next vacation rental! Not only is the rental home beautiful with amazing amenities, it is also just steps to the beach 🏖️ The owner was always quick to respond! The kids and I definitely enjoyed our time here!

Winter get away

Loved where the property was located. Great restaurants, 10 min from Myrtle Beach, 15 to the airport it was perfect! A few steps away from the ocean which we walked everyday. Pool was heated and was perfect.

Amazing

We absolutely loved our stay. A very short walk to the beach. The house provides everything you can think of that you would need. Beds are comfy, nice spacious rooms! Nice heated pool and hot tub. We also used the beach equipment that is provided for days at the beach. Thank you Kay for sharing your home! We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

The accomodations and property were exactly as promised. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 5 children. The private pool and hot tub were definitely a hit. Golf, ice cream and play grounds were all close by.

Family Trip

We had a great family vacation here at Windswept. The house is very nice lots of room and has everything you could possibly need and more. It was great having beach toys, towels and chairs available. The pool and backyard area is awesome. Super close to the beach just a short block walk. We rented a golf cart was great to get around to playground, pier and restaurants. Kay is wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!!

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location to the beach felt even closer than noted. Also within a short walk were some great spots to eat in Surfside. Great experience for families for sure.

Quiet getaway

Check was a breeze, we were surprised to have so many beach towels available, she’d was full of toys the boys loved to play with. The beach was within walking distance and the neighbors were super friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely recommend this house.

I can’t say enough positive things about this property!! It was clean, roomy, comfy beds, and there was absolutely nothing we needed that was not readily available to us. AMAZING HOME!

This is the 2nd time we have rented from Kay. We have stayed in both Windswept A and B. We love both homes! Our family has been renting homes in the Surfside/Garden City area for more than 20 years and I can honestly say Kay has been the most accommodating of all. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful in every way!

We had a group of 16- including 5 children under 5. The space was plenty to accommodate everyone and allow some privacy for each family. The home was well appointed with everything we needed, plus many extras, so that we didn’t have to pack as much stuff. Location- perfect! Literally steps to the beach! Highly recommend a golf cart to buzz around the neighborhood. Kay was very responsive and the check in /out process a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

We stayed here for a large family vacation and had a great time! The location and property were excellent. We were surprised with how well stocked the house was with most everything we needed plus stuff we wouldn't have expected the rental to include. The location was the perfect distance from the beach and also plenty of great restaurants and things to do including mini golf, bowling and a water park. One of the 5 beds (the double bedroom) was a little creaky but that would be the only minor con I could possibly think off. 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful Property

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have had. Everything was clean and plenty of room for all of us. Access to beach was a short walk and easy. We especially enjoyed the back yard area. We spent a lot of time outside. Even though it was summer we enjoyed the hot tub. Nice way to relax and unwind. I was initially concerned about the parking however we had plenty of room with 4 large SUV's. Thanks Kaye for sharing your house with us. We had a wonderful vacation.

Barcia/Tucker family trip

Everything is there for a great experience! We had 8 people, from 17 yrs old and up. The beach is less than a block walk. The back yard pool, hot tub, gazebo, grill, fire pit and shed (with pool and beach gear) provided all-day fun and convenience. The house and accommodations were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and Kay was very attentive and responsive. This was a memorable trip for our families and we plan on returning. I highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Rental !!

Just returned from a week long stay at this property. We were drawn to this property because of the pool and it was perfect. Many of the other rentals either had a shared pool or it was much smaller in size. The beach was within walking distance and was very well kept. The home is well equipped with everything from beach towels to crock pots and the gas grill fired right up. Quiet neighborhood but nightlife was just a few blocks away. The booking process was simple and Kay was great to work with. This house is perfect for all ages! We will be repeat guests for sure.

Windswept A really felt like our home away from home.

Windswept A was the perfect choice for our family getaway. It accommodated mine and my sister's families so well. There was plenty of room for four adults and five teenagers. No one got in anyone's else's way. The backyard was fantastic. The pool was the right size for our kids. The hot tub was very nice as well. Kay was a great communicator. She responded to communications in a very timely manner. Thank you for opening your home to us, Kay and Charles. Wonderful Home Exceeded All Expectations

This rental is amazing! We've been disappointed in internet vacation rentals in the past but this property far exceeded our expectations! The listing description is very accurate for this property. The house is very clean, spacious, and modern. There is plenty of comfortable space for a group or family to hang out and it's such a short walk from the beautiful, less crowded Surfside Beach. Having our own personal pool and hot tub were very cool. We loved relaxing on the ocean view balconies in this peaceful neighborhood while still having the convenience of all the food, entertainment, and attractions close by. I had great communications with the owners. They were very informative and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back myself!

My husband and I are both retired Air Force and we were drawn to the area by way of the Myrtle Beach Air Force base. We have a love for the salt life and look forward to retiring permanently to Surfside.

We love the properties Windswept and Backyard Oasis and have created our own brand that we named Windswept Beach Rentals. The homes are spacious and well designed. They are very close to the beach so we can still hear the ocean when relaxing in the backyard. The individual backyards are very large and private compared to the majority of the homes in the area. We looked at several homes that were single standing, but we found the yards to be small and the pools even smaller. We also noticed that even though it was a single home there were many more homes close together that peered over the backyard.
