Ideal Bonita Escape is a brand new home on the water, next to the Imperial River and 1.2 miles from Bonita Beach. This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms - 2 king beds suites, queen bedroom and 4th room has two sets of full size bunk beds. Perfect for large groups and multiple families. Large garage on the first floor with plenty of storage. Multiple balconies to enjoy the breeze and quietness this tucked away property has to offer.
Games for family and friends - air hockey, ping pong, pool table , bean bag toss and more. Heated hot tub and pool. Insta-fast water heating system throughout home. Brand new high-end appliances in kitchen. Plenty of seating for meals and lounging throughout the home. High speed business class internet with Google mesh wifi, 5 tv’s with Roku or Firestick to stream your favorite shows, movies, or sports.
Convieniently located nearby several of the best restaurants in Bonita as well as easy access to Publix and of course just over a mile from the beautiful sandy beaches of Bonita. Perfect location to do everything in Bonita Springs! Golf, Beach, water park and more!

Family Vacation

The house was great for our family of 9. Plenty of room. My only issue was that there was something not working with the pool filter and by the end of our stay the pool was green.

Spring break 2025

The home was perfect for 7 adults and 3 children 4 and under, lots of space. We loved the screened in porch off the living room. The pool was cold, so the little ones didn’t want to spend much time in it. Jennifer was very responsive to my texts and questions. We visited Melissa’s ice cream , it was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful week..

Great place for family vacay

We stayed with 4 adults, one 3 year old and one infant. Prior to our visit I asked the host if turning the pool heater up was doable. They were quick to reply and we had such a nice warm pool to enjoy with the kiddos. Very short drive to Bonita beach, easy parking. Wouldn’t change anything about the accommodations!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful HOME. The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Perfect for our family of 14 to stay for the week. Would love to come back and stay again.

Great property for family of all ages!

The house had everything we needed for 6 adults and 3 kids under 4. Pool and hottub were hits, beach proximity amazing and convenience to good Restaurants, groceries and any other needed amenities within minutes. The house also accommodated sleeping for toddlers by providing not one but 2 pack and plays as well as a high chair! So nice to not to have to bring those items!! The screen in porch was a perfect place to enjoy game night, dinners and kids play area while keeping them contained. There are also tons of toys for the pool! The owner was extremely fast answering any of our questions problems. Loved the place. We will definitely be back.

Exceptional

when we arrived, everyone was in awe of the whole situation. It was absolutely beautiful. We knew right there and then that it would be a pleasant stay. Jennifer, the host of the property, was very gracious. We have found in our years of using VRBO that this is a very important part of the rental property. If their was a sixth star, we would have given that rating. Hope to rent this property again.

Beautiful relaxing getaway

We had 13 people of all ages staying in the house for a full week with plenty of space and very comfortable accommodations. The pool was very warm and clean and the other amenities were spot on as well. I would definitely recommend this property!

Nice Vacay get-away

Our family had a lovely spring break vacation at this location. Everything was easily accessible, and the time spent at the house was fun-filled, with lots of nice pool-time. The host was always quick to reply, and accommodating. The house was well equipped, from kitchen to the little extras. The quiet neighborhood was an added plus.

Bonita Springs

Bonita springs was great! The house and neighborhood were perfect for a family with kids. The house is on a dead end quiet road surrounded by lovely houses. You are a short ride to Naples where we did an awesome boat trip to keeywaydin island. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The home owners were very responsive.

AMAZING!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house fit our family of 7 fantastically, plenty of room for us all. Communication with the owner was great, quick responses. There were many little details we appreciated like being able to park in the garage. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just amazing!

We loved staying at this property. We came from Atlanta GA, Miami FL & Venezuela and met at this beautiful place. Very spacious, clean & comfortable… my family (3 siblings our kids & my 83 year old mom) had more than 20 years without celebrating a New Year’s Eve together… it was very special. I am hoping we can make it an annual thing. Hanging out in the hot tub, walking to the beach, eating breakfast & having conversations at the big table at the deck were just those memories you and your kids want to have always in mind. Totally recommend it!

Fun family getaway

We had 7 of us stay here for the week, enough space to spread out! Perfect location - close to restaurants, grocery, beaches, and activities. The owners were very communicative with any concerns we had. The pictures are just as house looks - nice, quiet neighborhood. Fun to have air hockey, ping pong, and pool table (my nephew was in heaven!) Also, great pool floats and beach chairs provided. My mom spent her mornings reading on the amazing patio off the main suite and loved being able to dine outside on the ennclosed lanai. If you're looking for a clean, great space, this is it!

Beautiful getaway

We loved out stay. It's a beautiful location and the listing matched the description. We had a few hiccups and the communication with the host was quick and resolved any issues. We never got the spa to function but we didn't press the issue because we were very happy even without that feature. We went in June and I wasn't expecting mosquitos. My problem - not the host - and our kiddos and I got bit up a bit so I might look for a place with an enclosed pool at this time of year but otherwise, this was lovely all around. Jennifer was responsive, kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

Long weekend with friends

Property was a great option for a group with kids, great pool and patio area as well as the screened in patio upstairs for large group meals. Any questions and concerns we had were addressed quickly from the property owners. 5 minutes to the beach and lots of food options nearby.

Great spring break stay

Everything in the home was just as described in the listing! The home was very clean and worked well for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The screened in porch was great meals together. The owner responded to messages instantly. We had a question about the pool when we arrived and the owner responded instantly and helped fix the issue, even going above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

A stunningly beautiful large home in Bonita Springs

This is simply a gorgeous large home that my extended family- 3 generations - spent Christmas 2022 at. It is exceedingly clean. We cooked for 12 people throughout our 4 day stay and the kitchen had everything we needed: pots, pans, utensils, plates, wine glasses and a beautiful stove and oven. The ground floor is a large garage. In the back yard is a beautiful pool and hot tub with plenty of lovely outdoor furniture and a ping pong table. There is a gas grill here also and that is the only thing in the whole house that could use an upgrade. The first living floor is a very open floor plan: large family room with 2 large couches and large chairs around the TV, a large kitchen with a table for 9, a table for 4 and seating for 3 at the island and an upscale kitchen and a screened in porch with a large table seating 14. The first living floor also has a half bath and a full bath for use by the 2 bedrooms on this floor: a bunk room sleeping 8 and a room with a queen bed. On the second living floor are two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and huge closets. The larger one has a couch and a balcony overlooking the pool/backyard. The bath and beach towels are plentiful and of great quality. There is shampoo, conditioner and body soap in each bathroom in containers mounted on the bath/shower walls. We only had one occasion to contact our host - on Christmas Dat, the Wi Fi went down and we were unable to fix it ourselves. We messaged the hosts and they were immediately on the phone to us to instruct how to fix the problem. Wi Fi restored! I would caution that there a lot of stairs at the house and to get to the first living floor, you have to go up a full flight of stairs. While this may not matter to many people, it was a bit of an issue for my elderly parents. The good news is once you get to the main living floor, you can settle in and stay especially with the first floor queen bedroom. This is a fabulous house well suited to a large group. We had a terrific time and would recommend it enthusiastically!

Our family bought this house to enjoy and spend time in the beautiful area of Bonita. We live on the East coast of Florida and missed the "original Florida" charm we grew up experiencing.
