Come see why this Phoenix West condo is the best for your family!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix West. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
The condo has recently been renovated to a fabulous farm house them. New kitchen countertops with eye popping back splash, wet bar with ice maker, 60â flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 42" HDTVs in the master and a 50" TV in the Queen 2nd bedroom and a 32" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a king in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen Beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.
