My Beach Condo

One bedroom condo, ideal location at few steps to the beach and in the Romantic Zone. Just been remodeled completely; counts with basic services for a basic budget but in prime Location! Book it for daily, weekly and monthly stays.

The space
Kind of open floor flat unitI. It is a totally furnished unit with a main living area that includes a kitchen with utensils and a dining table set and in the living room there is flat screen plasma smartTV, with high speed wifi internet so the guests will be able to access Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, and other streaming services that they have hired.
The bedroom has a Queen size bed. The condo is very spacious and bright, and it's means of ventilation is by ceiling fans at each area.

Guest access
Essential services has WiFi, Plasma screen, electricity gas and water included; and monthly stays we include weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels; although it is always available on request nominal fee for any stay.
Other things to note
Guests, parties or events are not allowed, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, keep in mind that smoking inside the apartment will carry an extra charge of $ 250 USD; pets are allowed in many cases, but may be subject to an additional cost. Please ask if this is your case.

Vallarta is a lively city, in full growth and you could find works near the property, Restaurants or bars with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if it were the case.

In the condominium you have a safe, it will be delivered to you in open mode and that way you must leave it when you leave, if you leave it locked it will generate a charge of $100 USD.

Internet service is one of the largest Mexican companies šIZZI TELECOMš, currently there is no company that guarantees 100% service, we have already adjusted the prices of the accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but not admitting any type claim for service failures.

Ask for our transportation service from the airport to the apartment, round trip and/or one way trip.

An enjoyable ire-introduction to PV.

My stay in the Romantic Zone of PV was restful and enjoyable. All the folks that I I met were helpful and amiable. Other than the fact that my door lock was not functioning, everything went well. I was thankful that my cab drivers were willing to carry my 40+ pound bag up and down two flights of stairs. Thanks to the owners of my place from myself and my pup!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to beach and restaurants and night-life. Our only problem is that the unit was too hot. The ad fully disclosed that it only had ceiling fans (which it did), but since it was so close to the ocean, we anticipated the temps would be bearable. It was extremely hot all day and night long-- the unit never cooled off. The nice thing was we could sit on the balconly and enjoy the breezes from the ocean, but there was not enought cross-ventilation in the unit. Add A/C, and we would be back in a heart beat!

Constructive criticism

Constructive criticism. I believe someone should have your instructions or a welcome packet with better explanation of the usage of your cute property. Needed further explanation on the usage of the television you need to let people now that they need an account for Net Flix or any other service your Smart TV had to offer. Also unless it was an oversight on my part especially for this season that I was there your place really needs an air conditioner. But maybe I missed it in write up in VRBO. Overall your facility was a great stay and I will recommend my friends and family to stay there.

Puerto Vallarta getaway

Having never stayed at this unit before, we were a little nervous. We were pleasantly surprised. The location is right in the neighborhood which we always stay. Convenient to all of the Romantic Zone. Unit was spotless. Well-equipped for 2 people. The kitchen was all new with great appliances for those that like to cook. Furniture was comfortable and looked new. The best part is the deck with a table and 2 chairs. We started every morning and ended every evening out there. A nice view of the ocean and weather permitting a cool breeze as well. Please note there is no AC, but with 3 ceiling fans and an additional fan in the bedroom, there is good airflow. Contact with the rental agent was always answered promptly. Security was no concern with a locked gate at street level and individual door locks for the units. We will definitely put this property on or list for future trips.
