You can enjoy walk in the streets full of cozy cafecitos, art galleries, great cuisine, convenience stores, banking and medical services, all without vehicular transport.

Seven blocks have the Lazaro Cardenas Park, where you can witness folckloricos dances, food fairs, flea market handicrafts from all regions of Mexico and more .. depending the cultural program of the time.

Folklore live every moment, and just 10 minutes walk the boardwalk is the Cathedral, the municipal market and the town square.

A few blocks you will find great variety of bars and nightclubs, both gay friendly and traditional.

What makes it so special to this corner of Vallarta, it is its rich cosmopolitan atmosphere, as we visit people from anywhere in the world, belief, ideology and tradition, living closely with us natives or Patas Saladas, as we are commonly known.

The apartment is very close to the beach, the area is more common for gays, but regardless of that, many families often be in this area because it is the heart of our city, 3 blocks from the boardwalk, areas of restaurants and plenty of night diversity.
Guest access
Essential services, WiFi, Plasma screen, electricity gas and water included; and in monthly stays we include weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels; although it is always available on request nominal fee for any stay.
Other things to note
Guests, parties or events are not allowed, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, keep in mind that smoking inside the apartment will carry an extra charge of $ 250 USD; pets are allowed in many cases, but may be subject to an additional cost. Please ask if this is your case.

Remember that Vallarta is a living city, in full growth and you could find construction works near the property, Restaurants or bars, with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if that were the case.
In the condominium you have a safe, it will be delivered to you in open mode and that way you must leave it when you leave, if you leave it locked it will generate a charge of $100 USD. The same applies to the loss of the unit key.
Internet service is one of the largest Mexican companies ¨IZZI TELECOM¨, currently there is no company that guarantees 100% service, we have already adjusted the prices of the accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but not admitting any kind of claim for service failures.
