Byggd 2015, välutrustade, frilufts koncept, 1 sovrum, 1 badrum penthouse lägenhet i hjärtat av Puerto Vallarta mest eftertraktade grannskapet, Zona Romantica, en gay och familjevänlig engelsktalande område.

Tre minuter till Puerto Vallarta mest populära stranden, Los Muertos, med inga trappor att klättra eller sjunka på vägen. Mat och dryck som tillhandahålls under paraplyer på stranden. Endast två till fem minuter till restauranger, faciliteter och nattliv i Olas Atlas och Basilio Badillo, undangömt i slutet av Pilitas; en återvändsgränd, mestadels bostäder, kullerstensbelagda gatan.

Minuter till Boutique och hantverkare shopping. Mini-marts, bankomater, närbutiker inom en tre minuters promenad. Tio till femton minuters taxiresa till marina, kommersiella centra, golf och eko turism.

Granit, bar och backsplash, rostfria vitvaror och tropiska Parota trämöbler och inbyggda ins. Lokala uppdrag konstverk pryder smak väggarna. Full-vägg glas skjutdörrar ger en utomhus koncept inne medan flera växt fodrade balkonger utrustade med grill och bord för fyra möjliggöra för matlagning och dinning al fresco. Great stay at Bella Loma 404

The week started off with a couple of problems with the phone and tv but Charlotte was very responsive and had the issues resolved in a timely manner. We were very impressed with the quick response to any of our questions.The unit is small but has everything you need including the washer and dryer. Cleaning service every other day was greatly appreciated. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and all the restaurants and bars in town. There are a few small grocery stores within a short walk and Charlotte told us about a lady selling fresh fruit on Basilio Badillo. A great week overall

Nice little spot in the heart of everything zona Romantica

We stayed in the condo for four days, it was very quiet, considering the amount of construction always going on in the area, which was nice! The place was very clean and updated. Of the air, conditioners and plugs in the bathroom worked well. A favorite of mine is that this particular unit is only one floor below the pool area, so it was easy access!

Home in Paradise

We stayed at Casa Tesoro Esondido for 2 weeks. The apartment was perfect. They view was amazing and is exactly what is in the pictures. It’s in a great location and easy to get around. The kitchen was just right and had enough to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. The roof deck pool had even better views. Many times we thought it was our own private pool! The friendly cleaning lady was a surprise. We will be back next yesr! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place!!

Great Stay

Overall an amazing place to stay! Host were very communicative and property management was extremely friendly. The location was perfect, in the middle of everything but just off the path to have quiet when it’s time to relax. Will definitely look to book again when we return!

Wonderful Condo in Puerto Vallarta

Great property, very close to restaurants and beaches

Great location

Very close to the beach and the action, yet just far enough away to be quiet when you need. The maid service was nice as well over the course of the 10 days I was there. Building and unit are well maintained, and the pool and views were great!

Great location and view

Property was great in general, there were hiccups with the internet and television, the host came by personally to help but we were told it was the cable company that was responsible. In general we loved the apartment with its two balconies, great grill, and roof top pool/ lounge chairs. Location was perfect and cleaning service spot on. Washer and dryer were a huge amenity.

Cozy Gem in Prime Location

Loved staying at this fantastic apartment! It has all the amenities that you would need for a short or long term stay, steps away from the beach, bars and restaurants. Host was very responsive and check in/our process was very easy. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful place with a great view

We stayed here for 8 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better place to settle down and work from for the last part of our trip. The view was stunning and the open air concept made the place feel big and airy. It was walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again

Relaxation at the Bella Loma

There’s definitely relaxation to be had with the fresh open air concept corner unit & rooftop pool lounging when not at the beach. Casa Tesoro Escondido is a wonderful choice for comfort when making holiday in Zona Romántica!

Marvelous stay at the Bella Loma

I really would love returning to Bella Loma. You don’t need the air conditioner with open air design. Location was great. I was on a quiet street yet a few minutes to everything (breakfast, shops, the beach etc) everything is modern and well kept. Great view of the beach. Friendly hostess only a phone call away. What more can I ask for?

Loved it...would come back.

A gem.

A great spot. I visit PVR several times a year and I definitely hope to stay here again. If you are a fan of Zona Romanica this condo is an easy walk to everything without having to climb hills.

Quick Bday Getaway

My husband and I stayed 3 nights for a last-minute getaway. The condo was perfect for us: clean apartment, lovely neighborhood, excellent communication from host including clear instructions on accessing property and good airport tips, too. Easy access to all the Zona Romantica has to offer, including short walk to beach. Would def recommend!

My wife and I are from Portland, Maine. I first discovered Puerto Vallarta by accident at age 18 while on vacation in Mexico City when we decided to take an overnight bus trip adventure to the coast. Upon landing in Puerto Vallarta I instantly fell in love with it. Later I was fortunate enough to be able to return with my wife. We booked a condo in Zona Romantica, very near to Casa Tesoro Escondido (Hidden Gem), and never looked back. Year after year we returned, addicted to the beauty and amenities of PV. Finally in 2013 we decided to buy. We eventually discovered a great pre-construction opportunity at Bella Loma. We oversaw construction and meticulously applied years of personal experience renting in the area and previous professional experience in rentals, construction and real estate in Maine to create a wonderful home and superior rental experience. We currently visit our home in paradise two to three times a year. We hope you will enjoy Casa Tesoro Escondido as much as we do!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Casa Tesoro Escondido is centrally located to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife that Puerto Vallarta is famous for, yet all the while tucked away at the terminus of a very quiet and peaceful dead end, residential street. As we purchased pre-construction we were able to design the finishes and furnishings to the highest quality.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Bella Loma is a smaller condo association with only 17 units. This allows for the amenities of a condo, with a bit more privacy. Typically there will only be one or two other guests on the pool deck. It has a friendly and family run feel. Built in 2015 it has modern amenities and feel but at a much greater value than other new condo developments in the area. The location is optimal, tucked away at the terminus of a dead end only 2.5 blocks to one of Vallarta's most popular beaches, Los Muertos, only one block to Olas Altas shopping and European styled cafes and bars and only minutes to restaurant row on Baslio Badillo and the boardwalk and Downtown.
