Upon entering the great room, guests discover a spectacularly designed space with luxury mid-mod furnishings that compliment the home’s original design. Floor-to-ceiling glass floods the space with natural light and frames majestic mountain views over the pool courtyard. The home’s original gas fireplace is flanked by two Scandinavian armchairs, and a sleek sectional sits under a giant 65 inch HD SmartTV. In the same living space, a reading nook has been carved out, complete with a built-in minibar and retro-classic ball chair.
Adjacent to the living space, a chic mid-mod dining ensemble for six overlooks the patio, the pool, and mountain views. In the center of the home, a stunningly remodeled kitchen, with high-end stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and all the kitchen essentials.
Down the hall, the primary suite has a plush king sized bed from which guests can enjoy views of the mountains. It also has a deep full sized closet, 55 inch HD SmartTV and walk-out sliding glass to the pool courtyard. The primary bath is well equipped with double sinks and a large walk-in glass and tile shower that has a rain-pour shower head and shower wand.
The first of the guest bedrooms has a king sized bed, a 50inch HD SmartTV, and a full closet. Just across the hall is the shared bathroom, with a walk-in glass shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, full closet, and 42inch HD SmartTV. Nearby, a convenient half-bath is also located in the hall.
Important extras to be mentioned include: High efficiency W/D, remote controlled ceiling fans, whole-house water softener, and a small wine bar. There is also a covered carport for guest use (no guest access to garage).
RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $1000 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee.
