A great choice for a family reunion. Multilevels made it a good choice for all ages. Location great for restaurants, museums, tours, etc.

Good location for our stay as we were attending an event at Vanderbilt. Liked that every bedroom had a bathroom and bedrooms were a good size.

Great location

The houses were great for our family of 17. Plenty of beds, and bathrooms! Great location close to everything. The houses were in great shape. Only downside it water took a long time to get hot in shower and not that great water pressure. Beds were super comfortable.

Everything was perfect. We were able to have side by side units with one housing the brides group and the other the grooms. Accessibility to downtown and airport made getting around very easy.

Horrible

We agreed on a check in at 10AM. We didn’t get into the unit until 2:40. We had 20 people including elderly people and young children with no where to go. Communication with Allen was slow and handled with no urgency whatsoever. We also got locked out several times. The gate code stopped working. We got locked into rooms. My elderly grandmother got locked into a bathroom. My grandmother was also forced to walk down stairs due to other exits being locked. She had her hip replaced a month ago. Horrible experience.

Bachelor Party Stay

We had a large group of guys in the property for a bachelor party and had an amazing time. The space is great with plenty of room for everyone and the property was very responsive to inquiries. The patio is great as well. There are good restaurants and places within walking distance and a quick uber over to Broadway. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect place for a large group, very easy to downtown!

Amazing, beautiful huge location - great for a large group!

A group of 17 of us stayed over Memorial Day weekend 2022, to celebrate my 50th Birthday; we stayed in two units, next to each other. Both units were like-new and amazing! Exactly what the pictures show, if not better! It's obvious that they're new places, and very modern. If you're looking for a big group, this place is perfect! Management was great too - easy to contact, etc. Would definitely go back for my 100th Birthday party celebration. :-)
