- a functional shower room;
- a fully-equipped kitchen.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
For your convenience, you'll find: Washing machine, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The studio is located :
- close to cafés, restaurants and shops;
- one minute from the Puces antiquaires de Saint-Ouen, the largest concentration of art dealers in the world (1100 antique dealers, second-hand dealers and art galleries);
- 7-minute walk from subway line 13 for quick access to Paris.
There's a Lidl supermarket 550 m from the building for your everyday needs.
Places of interest close to the property: :
- Stade de France 25 minutes away by subway (3 stations);
- Louvre Museum: 30 minutes by bus;

Thanks to its proximity to Paris, you can easily access the capital and discover its attractions while staying in a quieter atmosphere in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine.
