Located on the first floor with elevator access, this accommodation offers:
- a sleeping area opening onto the living room, equipped with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a bathroom with toilet;
- as well as a living area with a dining area and a modular armchair that can be used as a bed for a child.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
You will have everything you need for an excellent stay, including a WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, etc.
The accommodation does not have a television.
For young children, a travel cot and stroller are available.
Please note that the accommodation is equipped with an anti-intrusion system. This system is only activated when an intrusion is detected and then takes screenshots. No videos are recorded.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located, close to the Saint-Ouen flea market and the Porte de Clignancourt metro station on line 4.
For everyday shopping, a "Carrefour City" supermarket is just a three-minute walk away.
Recommended places of interest to visit:
- The Stade de France is 28 minutes away by bus;
- La Villette is 30 minutes away by streetcar;
- The Louvre Museum is 36 minutes away by metro;
