Exclusive Holiday Isle condo. Aegean #112 is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that is sure the make your vacation a great one. Amenities include-Tennis Courts, Shuffle Board, Pool, Gazebo with Grills, and beautiful white sand beaches overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Aegean is the perfect location while visiting Destin-one traffic light away from grocery store, Target, and a ton of dining options!

***Reconstruction of balconies and walkways, painting and other renovations have begun at The Aegean. The pool and beach will not be effected. Some common areas will be fenced off due to machinery. *** Project is due to be completed February 2025.

Great location with beautiful views

The condo and location were great. Owner responded quickly with a problem we had and it was fixed quickly. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Great condo!

The condo was large, clean & well equipped. We loved the location near the pool. The beach was not nearly as crowded as nearby properties.

Wonderful

This vacation was wonderful. The condo was so spacious and clean. The pool was pretty warm and the beach and ocean were fantastic. Definitely will be coming back!!

Destin in March

Location of unit to pool and beach is excellent. Pool heater was apparently not working but tolerable. Had a variety of weather during the week. Patio of the unit was great for cooler days and the beach was fantastic on the warm days. Had to drive to all restaurants etc nothing to walk to on the beach but walking the white sands was awesome even without a destination. We would consider returning.

Was not impressed

The condo was pretty… but, in all other condos.. hotels etc we have stayed in there has always been extras…. Sheets… blankets .. toilet paper… hair dryer.. anything… an this condo didn’t have any… an when asked .. it took forever for the manager to respond.. an then was never helped..an they were always picking on everything u did.. was afraid of doing smthg wrong.. I wld give maybe a 3 out of 5 stars..

Family time and spring break

Great place to stay. Place was big and roomy. Had to give a 3 because the security guard was late to open the gate and told us the wrong way to our place.
