Building 3 was undergoing damage repair from a leaking roof. Construction crews were very considerate of guests. This room has an air conditioning unit that makes regular noise like a clicking. Two beach chairs in the closet were used and found one with a broken back. Loved staying here. Restaurants were all great.

Host was great with communication and responsive to questions. Check in/Check out could not have been any easier. Clean and well cared for room. Resort amenities were great and available to us as needed. Location convenient

We had a great stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent and the accommodation was lovely with a great view. The resort is beautiful and the restaurant excellent. We enjoyed the nightly live music. There was some construction at the resort but it didn’t detract from our visit. We appreciated the beach chairs. The only thing negative is that there is no lounge chair in the room as indicated in the photos. There is only one small chair to sit on.

Great Location

We had an amazing stay. The check in process was so easy. We took advantage of the hot tubs, spa, and restaurant on site. Parking was a breeze and short walk to our room.

Paradise

Wonderful vacation on a beautiful island. Resort is in a great location to get around the island and extremely handy when you have to go back to airport. Room was wonderful, pools were warm and clean, had a wonderful view of the ocean.

Kauai First Visit

This was a great choice for our stay on Kauai, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Host was accessible for communication and pleasant to speak with. We would definitely love to visit again.

Great View!

The property is very well maintained and this unit was very comfortable and everything worked as expected. Owner was kind enough to have provided beach chairs to take down to the beautiful sandy beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Harold our host went above & beyond, calling me before trip to Gove recommendations of places to visit, eat & excursions. He was very responsive, kind, prompt & helpful! The pictures do no this resort justice. It's is stunningly beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Hawaiian getaway

My fiance and I wanted to stay near Lihue so that we were central to all of the amazing sites of Kauai! This was a stunning property and we loved staying here! Harold was wonderful to communicate with ahead of time and gave us many wonderful suggestions that we took advantage of! The room was beautiful and very clean. It was perfect for our stay and we would absolutely stay again!

Great stay in Kauai

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kauai Beach Resort. Condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, snorkel and mask, and refrigerator. Harold did a great job communicating with us, was available when needed, and even allowed us to check in early. We would stay here again!
