Hej och välkommen till Maui. Vi är här för att göra din vistelse på Maui den bästa. Denna rökfria lägenhet har totalrenoverats. Alla nya fönster, skjutdörrar och ramar. Alla nya rostfria apparater. Nytt 18 000 Btu luftkonditioneringsapparat. Denna lägenhet har funnits i familjen sedan 1981. Vi har försökt att inkludera allt du behöver för att vara bekväm. Min syster Terri städar lägenheten och har ett rykte för att vara den bästa. Hon har städat på Maui Vista sedan det byggdes 1980. Allt är rent och i ordning. Sängkläder, handdukar, ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare, ny tyst Bosch diskmaskin. Ny rostfri spis och ugn, nytt rostfritt Bosch-kylskåp. Köket är välutrustat. Luftkonditionering, takfläktar och höghastighetsinternet. Plus digital telefon som låter dig obegränsade långdistanssamtal var som helst i USA och Kanada.

Maui Vista har 3 byggnader. Vår lägenhet ligger i den främre byggnaden mot havet på bottenvåningen i mitten av byggnaden. Charley Young 'strand ligger tvärs över gatan. Vi är en kort promenad från "The Cove" där du kan hyra surf- eller paddelbrädor och snorkelutrustning och du kan ta surflektioner just där. Maui MarketPlace är ett kvarter från The Cove där du kan äta lokal mat och handla lokalt hantverk. Det finns många ställen att äta och shoppa på gångavstånd från lägenheten. Maui Vista Resort är centralt beläget i hjärtat av Kihei och omges av sandstränder. Perfekt för små barn. Maui Vista Resort har en av tre pooler precis framför vår lägenhet, grill och tennisbanor ligger precis bakom lägenheten. Detta är ett populärt bostadsrätt. Landskapsarkitekturen är vacker. Vi är nära Wailea, och Maui är platsen att vara om du golfar, surfar, vindsurfar, fiskar eller dyker. Mahalo och njut. Greg Jones

Well stocked and clean in a perfect location!

My daughter and I spent week in this property to celebrate her high school graduation. We have been to Maui several times and have even stayed at Maui Vista before.The property we had previously stayed in was unavailable but fortunately for us this one was available. It’s a highly desirable ground floor unit facing the beach. It’s very quiet and safe, there is on site security but this unit is in the heart of Kihei, a very safe and convenient location.Communication with Greg was excellent, from the initial conversation to my thank you message. There was plenty of parking, washer and dryer in the unit and all the utensils, beach chairs, cooler and everything we could ask for.The bed and couch are very comfortable. There is AC in the living room and also in the bedroom. I used the AC briefly after a day in the sun, cools down quickly. This is something my wife will love when we return next spring.The unit is decorated nicely, really captures the tropical vibe. The pool was nice, never crowded and very clean.I would recommend this property at the highest level.

Comfortable & convenient

The property is very comfortable for two people to stay in & has convenient access to it. Location is super close to multiple beaches, food, shops, & easy to drive in & out of. Had a wonderful stay!

Awesome Condo!

Great week in Maui! This location is perfect small cross of the street to the beach! We used the chairs and cooler provided. AC in the bedroom was awesome and the entire apartment was comfy. Special location for walking, we didn’t rent a car until the last two days. Highly recommend this property!

True pardise

Greg showed excellent communication from the start with prompt replies and lots of suggestions on things to do. The beach was a short stroll away where I was able to enjoy the sunset on provided beach chairs, towels, and cooler! The amenities available were unbeatable! Condo was clean, well decorated with AC units and fully stocked kitchen, bed, bath (and beyond!)

Great condo in a great location

My husband and I loved the condo! Greg left a welcome package in the kitchen, and many amenities to use to make the stay easier so we didn't have to buy everything like sunscreen, towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. The condo was extremely clean, and we loved the decorations! It was our first time in Maui, and we tried a few different beaches, but the one right across the street (Charley Young) was our favorite - beautiful, relaxing, and calm waters. The condo is very close to local shops and food trucks, so you don't have to wander far. We would definitely stay there again!

Objective comments - 1. perfect location. Subjective comments - 1. Overpriced compared to the much more modern renovated condo's on either side. 2. The condo and contents were clean but worn.

Great Stay at a Fantastic Property

We had a great 2+ week stay at Greg's property. The Maui Vista is in a fantastic location along S Kihei Road - relative to Charley Young Beach, Kalama Park, groceries and dining. This condo is probably one of the best locations in the complex (in our opinion) - close to the pool, close to the road, close to parking, close to barbeques, close to garbage room (but not too close) with a large ground floor lanai. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. Greg was very responsive to any requests that we had - we had a couple of questions when we first arrived - and made sure that we were taken care of. Thank you Greg.

Our stay at Maui Vista

We enjoyed the stay in our condo, which was wonderfully decorated. It was a very good size for 2 people. The location of the condo was great, both on the property and in town. We were able to walk in either direction to find places to eat and shop. Everything we could need was provided. Loved the beach chairs. Greg was easy and accessible to deal with as we had problems with the TV. Our overall stay was great. However, we have a small comment regarding the pillows - they were awful. We even tried using 2 with the addition of the ones from the linen closet - still bad, sorry. The rest of the bedding could be upgraded as well. But again, we loved our stay and are thinking of returning. Thanks, Greg!

Thank You ! Loved our 2nd time staying in your beautiful clean condo!

This is our 2nd time staying in condo 1111 on the main floor. The condo has been updated since our first stay, with stainless steel appliances, different furniture in the living room with added comfy chair and foot stool. The condo has everything you need and more, even has a coffee grinder! This condo is the cleanest condo we stayed in to date! Perfect location on the ground floor and we didn't need to use the air conditioner with the breeze from the windows and the ceiling fans were all that were needed. Charlie Young Beach is right across the street. The condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for the beach, including umbrella. (read a previous review stating there was no umbrella). Great location for the barbeque just steps away from the door and pool is steps away from the lanai. Fantastic restaurants close by, we tried Fred's (Mexican) down the street and food was great and the portions were huge! Safeway has the least expensive coconut cream pie and very yummy! The owner was very accommodating with any questions we had. My husband and I would like to Thank You for making our holiday a positive memorable stay in your condo. Maui in March

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and well situated. We could walk to most places when we needed something. The condo was cozy and we had everything we needed. I think the only thing my hubby had a problem with was one frying pan I think maybe at some point someone overheated it and it bowed in the middle. Enjoyed the patio for coffee and got to listen to some gentleman whistle each morning and trust me he could carry a tune. There was excellent communication with property owner and check in was a breeze. The only thing I would suggest for improvement for the complex would be to lighten the pickleball lines on the courts they were hard to see. The grounds were well maintained and everything looked really nice and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Great Place to stay

Your condo was great. The only improvements I would request was better lighting in the bathroom and the step up into the kitchen caught me off guard a few times and I stubbed my toes! Otherwise it was perfect.

Excellent location

The condo was right across the street from Kamole Beach 3. It was very well stocked with everything that we needed for cooking and the beach (towels, cooler, etc.). We only had 2 complaints - we had to go purchase more toilet paper and hand soap for the bathroom for our 2 week stay and the road noise when we sat on the lanai - we never heard noise inside of the unit. The pool was small, but nice and clean.

Perfect location

A condo that feels like it belongs to someone who actually uses it and lives there some of the time. It is well equipped, perfect location -- probably our favourite swimming beach on the island and easy going, responsive host. Food and good coffee nearby, turtles at both end of CY beach. Never got to the tennis court but its in great shape. Will absolutely return.

Loved this condo!

We spent at month+ at Gregs' condo. It is such a great location and such a wonderfully clean and well kept condo complex. Grounds and pool are kept so clean and tidy. Security staff helpful and polite. These guys practice "Aloha" Greg you were so accommodating to us. We can't thank you enough for your hospitality. The condo was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Hope to visit again in the future. Mahalo

Clean, well stocked, and great location

Right from booking this condo, to checking out after our three week vacation was fantastic place to stay! Greg the manager was very helpful with any communication we had with him. Condo was nicely decorated with all up to date appliances, and very well stocked with everything we needed. I hope in the future we are able to rent again. Thanks so much for everything Greg.

Well, my condo is a little different. It's fun! Just walk out the lanai, across the street to the beach. The pool is right out the door and across the grass, but you will still enjoy your privacy and quiet with the new double pane windows and 18,000 BTU AC in the living room and a portable 6000 BTU AC in the bedroom. We're on the bottom floor so you don't have to take an elevator or stairs to get to your unit and conveniently located to nearby pools, BBQ's and tennis courts.
