Check-in to the vibe of this modern, and cozy 2 bedroom condo located on the top floor with vaulted ceilings. This landing pad is decked out with great artwork, thoughtful furnishings and hardwood flooring to compliment your getaway. Beaver Village is conveniently a mile away from the ski resort with shuttle access, and walk to town for summer events at the Rendezvous Event Center, shopping and dining.

The main living area provides a lounge feel by utilizing the seating for 4 at the kitchen bar and a smaller seating area for 2. Pull over some ottomans to have up to 4 at the table for a toast to the day's success in the great outdoors. From the comfortable sectional you can choose your view - the ambiance of the gas fireplace, TV or gaze out through the sliding glass door to the private deck with gas grill with peekaboo views of the Continental Divide.

The master bedroom offers a Tempur-pedic style King with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk with Queen down, Twin up, full bathroom. An air bed is available in the closet. NO AIR CONDITIONING

Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.

Wonderful stay!

Very clean and well provided unit. Ownership takes pride in the place. Great location as just a couple minutes to skiing or towards grocery store, restaurants, etc. Will book here again next trip to Winter Park!

Beautifully curated space with bright cozy light

We absolutely loved this place! The aesthetic is exactly as shown and perfectly curated for a lovely experience. The kitchen had everything we needed and more (lemon squeezer even!) and the bedroom furniture was cozy and comfortable. Beaver Village in close proximity to the town and the ski lifts so it's a great place to stay from that perspective. It's obvious the owners care about their home/rental and in return you get to care for it as your own, with love and care. It's a must stay!

Great location

We like beaver village. Having a pool and hot tub at the club house is great for kids. Being on the bus line is really confident convenient too. The property is well stocked with essentials. No extra blankets though. If you need the blow up bed or like cuddling up with a blanket, they are not available and the club house did not have extras.

Good location. Great layout & set up for a family of 4. Bus came right to building (a little late). Pool & hot tub had to be driven to as they’re located in the clubhouse And we were in building 15. Wi-Fi wasn’t reliable. Fairly quit. Nestled in the woods.
