Live the Florida lifestyle sitting by the beautiful pool or within close distance to all Florida has to offer- theme parks, shopping, etc. Beautiful ceramic tile in living area and granite countertops in the kitchen. The master bedroom is on first floor and the rest of the bedrooms on the second floor. The four other bedrooms are decorated with vacation living in mind. The two kids rooms are decorated with two Florida theme park themes. One is Harry Potter themed and the other Disney themed. Vacation close to all theme parks with Disney less than 15 minutes away and Universal just 25 minutes away. You are minutes away from shopping on 192 with a full array of restaurants and sure to find a taste for everyone in mind. Great place to stay when visiting the parks or beach

We have a big family so it's much better for us to rent a house than stay in a hotel when going to the parks. The house was great. The pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing after a full day at the parks. The house had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay.

Awesome house and great owner. small hiccup at check in

The house was amazing. The owner was very communicative before during and after the stay. We had an issue on the day of check in. It was late in the evening and the lock didn’t work and we were unable to get into the house. We ended up having to stay at a local hotel for the night but when we did finally speak with the owner he was extremely apologetic and corrected the issue immediately for the rest of the trip. He also took care of ensuring we were compensated for the problem of not being able to get in. Once we got into the house everything was great. Rooms were spacious and everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The pool and yard area was awesome for kids and adults alike. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at night after the kids were in bed. House had everything you could want or need for a vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and if we ever travel to the Orlando area again we will definitely rebook with Anthony.

Spring Break Vacation

The house & community are very nice. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The house is very clean & organized. We experienced a few circumstances outside the owner's control, but Anthony was extremely responsive & accommodating. We were relatively close to all the activities we wanted to do, but travel times were inflated due to spring break crowds. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would book with Anthony again.

Rooms were comfortable. Hot tub heated quickly. About 20 minutes from each Disney park. Property manager was accessible and pleasant to deal with.

Great location

This home is close to Disney in a gated community. Anthony was very helpful from booking to check in. You will not be disappointed in staying in this beautiful home. The layout of the home and furnishings were perfect for a large family. The pool and hot tub is a real plus. One of the best VRBO homes I've stayed in. Thank you.

Absolutely Wonderful

Our stay over the holiday was absolutely wonderful. I do have to start off with Anthony was so very helpful with my questions or concerns he is a wonderful host! I would give him 10 stars just for being amazing. The house is huge and beautiful! The weather was a little chilly so we were excited about the pool.The pool is large and heated. The hot tub is large and has jets it is so relaxing.I had a question and the property manager responded immediately.

Davenport House

A beautiful home with an enclosed pool and hot tub. The owners were very accommodating for a our specific needs. I would highly reccomend booking this home especially if you have young children.

Lovely place

Loved our stay. Close to everything we needed. Easy drive to Disney World. The owner was a great help when we needed to contact him. Went above and beyond when we requested something for our stay. Golf trip

Six of us went on an extended weekend golf trip. The place was centrally located from where we golfed. Although we did not spend time at house except to sleep, it was very spacious. We all like to have our own beds this provided that plus a place to sit and watch tv after golf if needed. Very clean and everyone says the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful property

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! Perfect location for a disney trip, this lovely home had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed having their own space and the hot tub was a welcome space after hours on our feet. Well equipped with everything we needed and communicating with the owner was great. Clean, Close to Parks, Great Host

We had a great family trip. We all loved the pool and hot tub after coming home from the parks. The house is close to all the Disney Parks and not too far from Universal and Sea World (30 to 40 min depending on traffic) We even drove to Busch Gardens. The kids loved Universal and Busch Gardens the best. You will not have any issues staying at this property!

We are the Pagnotta family. We live in Colorado where we work but spend our free time in Florida. We are parents to 5 wonderful children with a love for Florida. We purchased this home after testing our first VRBO rental years ago. We hope to bring the same happiness we experienced to others because we know it is important to feel at home when you are away from home.

We are close to all amusement parks with a range of businesses to help make any trip convenient. We are in a gated community with access to a clubhouse with workout equipment or just relax with your own private pool and jacuzzi. This is where we vacation and we have tried to make this home an easy transition for those on vacation because we know the feeling of being away from home. It is important to feel at home where ever you are staying.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The home has its own pool and Jacuzzi area which always makes that a exciting for families. We are close to all amusement parks and an hour away from some beautiful beaches. The area is also full of exciting night life and great restaurants.
