Charming, 1959 vintage cottage near the bay. Not shiny and new... "rustic" outside, but cozy and chic inside.

Two bedrooms, one bath, stocked kitchen with: microwave, air fryer, blender, inside kitchen grill, espresso machine, coffee maker, stand alone ice maker, and plenty of cooking utensils to make your own delicious dinners with local fresh seafood from markets just right down the road. Or catch your own to cook! Less than a mile from public boat ramp.

Amazing cottage

Connie is a hostess with the mostest as we say in our family. Adorably decorated cottage, most well stocked place we have rented to date. So many thoughtful personal touches for us as guests. Great communication before, during, and after our stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Hemingway was the way to go

Upon our arrival we were greeted by the quaint cottage. Once inside we were enveloped by a warmth that you could feel from the purposeful thought out accommodations that were available. From the letter left in the type writer, the wealth of books, the snacks and beverages in the fridge and the table with chocolates and wine on the bed. Our experience was wonderful and when we are in the area again you can be sure that we will stay with here again!

Connies Cottage is stunning! She is an amazing host! We had our pup with us, and she surprised him with a new toy! Her attention to detail is beyond words! We had an amazing time and will refer the cottage to all of our friends!

Cozy Cottage

Booked with ease. Connie, the host, was prompt to welcome us. We were in the area cleaning out a family members estate. It was nice to break away and have somewhere to chill out after a long day of cleaning. The screened porch was our absolute favorite place to unwind after a long day. And it was nice to have some information on local places to grab a bite to eat or just grab some necessities at the store. The property was in a beautiful area that was quiet. Thank you for letting us enjoy the cottage.

It was absolutely beautiful. Didn't want to leave. So relaxing and homey. . The weather was chilly but we made the best of it . Our host was wonderful, we met her and went to her shop. What fun.

Excellent stay in a charming cottage

Connie’s place is clean with nice amenities and located in a great, quiet location. It’s the perfect getaway to rest, relax, and experience the lush wilderness of the north Florida.

special stay

We had to spend a few days in the Tallahassee area and wanted a place to relax and experience "old Florida". This was the perfect place! Connie was so helpful and considerate and the cottage was just what we wanted. Super easy drive in to the city, this is a very special place!

Connie was extremely attentive, we arrived to the cabin late and she was nice enough to leave the light on for us. She had small gifts for us at the cabin, which we were extremely grateful for. This place is a 10/10 if you’re in the area book with Connie

Lovely Coastal Cottage

This is lovely rural coastal place that we truly enjoyed and plan to return. Connie covered all the bases by leaving a binder with notes about the area among other things She was available to us if we needed her but all was well. Our dog Cocoa enjoyed it too. Thanks again Connie!

Lovely Cottage

Connie has left no stone unturned when it comes to stocking her cottage with everything you need. She graciously left us snacks which was greatly appreciated since we arrived late and we're tired so a snack and bed was perfect. Love love the tv room. Every room is decorated so charming. This place is a hidden GEM! A short drive from Tallahassee for us, as we were in town to see friends and football. My wife and I really loved the attention put into decorating and the final fit and finish, and unique flair of the style. The owner was outstanding. Excellent communication and she went above and beyond my expectations to make sure we had a great experience. Will definitely stay there again.

The previous reviews are correct! Connie’s cottage is awesome! It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything!
