Nice condo, some room for improvement

Good, clean condo in a great community - we loved the swimming pool and pool bar that is part of World Tennis Club. Kitchen is well stocked with plates / cutlery / glassware / utensils, beds are very comfortable, showers good with high pressure. We really appreciated that the property manager provided lots of beach towels, which was a nice touch. Communication from the property manager was very reactive - no proactive sharing of check-in details, and no forewarning of the ongoing construction work on the roof, that caused significant daytime noise. When we requested more details about the duration of the construction works we got an apology, but no answer to our question. In addition, we found one of the beds in the childrens' bedroom was broken. Fortunately it was not needed for our stay, but I am very surprised that the cleaning staff hadn't identified this to the property manager and it hadn't been rectified before our stay (or, at least have the manager communicate it to us in advance and check if it would be an issue)

Acvommodations

The master was great with the king bed and lots of space The 2nd bedroom was extremely small for two adults. The twin beds were practically on the floor. This condo should be listed for two adults and two children. The adults in the twin room were pretty uncomfortable.

Nice condominium apartment but not well furnished

We like to cook but there were only two small frying pans and one small sauce pan in the kitchen. The living room ceiling fan and light did not work. There was no toilet paper holder in the master bathroom and the handle of the shower door was loose. The dish washer was not bolted in place. There were no pans that could be used in the oven. There was no iron or ironing board and no premium channels on the TV.

Christmas Visit

This is a very nice gated community. The unit was clean and equipped with everything you need for a self catering vacation. It is really an outstanding value. The location was ideal for us, since we were visiting family nearby. If you have a car, it is a pretty good location for seeing the sights in Naples too.
