Thank you for your kind review. We are glad you found the home peaceful and comfortable and that communication was helpful during your stay. We appreciate you choosing our home and hope to host you again.

We would NOT host this guest again. She reported a pest concern and characterized it as an “infestation.” In over five years of operating this rental, we have never had a complaint of this nature, and the home receives regular professional pest control service. We responded immediately, contacted VRBO, followed their protocol, and arranged an emergency Sunday visit from our licensed pest control company. The home was professionally inspected and treated, and the technician did not determine it to have the infestation alleged. Despite our immediate response, the guest demanded a full refund, reimbursement for food, and that we locate alternative accommodations for her family. She contacted more than a dozen VRBO representatives during the resolution process, creating overlapping and conflicting communications. After requesting immediate pest treatment, she then objected to the professional treatment because her belongings were inside the home. She ultimately chose to leave and accused us of dishonesty, stating, “you have a lawsuit in your future” along with multiple legal threats. We remained responsive and professional, followed VRBO’s process, and documented our actions throughout. We would not recommend this guest to other hosts

Thank you for staying with us and providing feedback. We really hope you will come back again soon! I’ve contacted our property management company and making sure all sheets and towels are replaced. We are very particular with quality linens and we apologize for the inconvenience. We had a business summer with guest and it may have been over worn. Again we appreciate your feedback and look to having you back soon!

Thank you Rachel for you wonderful review. We would love to have you all back. The home does not provide those paper goods or daily essentials as it’s mentioned in emails prior to your arrival. But the great news there are several shopping stores that can help plus we can recommend delivery services. Again we enjoyed having you and really hope you will return again!

Wow, thank you so much for such a glowing review! We're so happy to hear that the property was the perfect home base for your cheerleading competition and Disney adventures. It sounds like you had a fantastic time, and we're thrilled that you felt comfortable and well taken care of during your stay. Thank you Nicole for your response. I appreciate your review, kind words, feedback. Good news the home had a total refresh a week after your stay so all of those items were addressed. These homes can be busy thru certain seasons and we knew it was time to fluff things up before we head into the end of winter thru Spring. The break in the schedule allowed our team to complete that task. Appreciate you all and hope you will come back again soon!

Thank you for being a great guest and for being so communicative. We’re glad the home met your needs and that the location worked well for you. As avid Disney goers ourselves, we appreciate having a place to unwind and spread out after long days at the parks—the hot tub really helps ease the aches of the day. Thank you as well for the feedback on cleanliness; we completed a routine deep clean and refresh after your stay. We’d love to host you again in the future.
