The villa is fully equipped with kids' toys and supplies. The Avengers-themed game room includes a pool table and a Pac-Man arcade game. Conveniently located close to Highway 192 and Formosa Gardens for dining, and just one mile from Margaritaville's H2O waterpark and Sunset Walk.
* Pool and hot tub heating are complimentary, as well as the BBQ. We also provide: toilet paper, paper towels, Dawn dish soap, Cascade dish pods, laundry pods (all for sensitive skin), Bounce sheets, 13 lb. trash bags. Additionally, we offer bathroom shower dispensers with Shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. We provide Luxury bed sheets, along with new beach towels for pool use. We want you to have a 5 star experience.

We offer numerous delightful features: a brand new five-person hot tub to soothe your aching muscles or a massage chair for relaxation. The kitchen boasts several special amenities, including a Keurig maker, Ninja coffee maker, Ninja blender, Air fryer, Millennium Falcon maker, Mickey Mouse crockpot, and toaster, as well as a good assortment of new pots and pans.

The villa features two 65-inch TVs, one in living room and one in the room, as well as 50-inch TVs in two king-size bedrooms. Additionally, there are two 43-inch TVs the children's bedrooms. front bedroom includes a reading chair with a selection of children's books to help your child to sleep. There is also a fantastic desk in the front that used be in the Polynesian Resort. So if you need to do a little work while on vacation why not feel like you are at Disney's Polynesian Resort?
We have an outstanding property management team at 1st for Orlando who will handle your reservations and attend to your needs during your stay. Michael and I always available for any you may have. After booking, we provide a digital guidebook with local recommendations, check and check, and various details to your enjoyment of the villa.

Parking: We kindly ask that you park up to 2 cars in the driveway and avoid parking on the grass—thank you!

Rental Agreement: After you book, we’ll send you a quick rental agreement through our reservation system. Just fill it out, and you’ll be all set!

Welcome Letter: We’ll send your Welcome Letter about a week before your stay with all the details you’ll need. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder—sometimes it ends up there. For security reasons, we send this information 7 days before your arrival.

Disclosure: Security Cameras: For everyone's safety, we have Ring security cameras located at the front door, garage, and sides of the home overlooking the AC and heater units. These are in place to help protect both our property and our guests.
