Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with large balcony overlooking the Bay. This beautifully furnished condo is located in an amazingly manicured 23 acre resort on the Alabama Coast which includes trolley service to the beach, steam rooms, saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, fitness rooms, sport courts ( pickle ball, tennis and basketball), miniature golf, and hot tubs across the property. All newly refinished upper deck pool area offers an onsite on site bar and numerous seating and lounging opportunities.

Spring Break 2025

This condo was wonderful! It was clean and spacious, with everything we needed right there. It was on the first floor so we didn't ever have to use the elevators. I would definitely rent this unit again!!

2nd time stay

Clean, great location and beautiful view. This was our second time staying in the unit and was just as wonderful as the first time staying here. Just book it you won’t regret it. This will be our go to condo at the Caribe.

Wonderful Property!

We stayed at this property for a vacation with our extended family. Out of the three condos in our group, this was the nicest. We absolutely loved the convenience of being on the first floor and the view was gorgeous! Joyce was great at communicating and we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic stay in Caribe C105

We had an amazing time. We have stayed in several units at the Caribe, and this one was the absolute best. Extremely clean and well kept. Very comfy and felt like home. We will definitely be booking this unit again. Joyce was easy to contact with any questions and replied quickly. We are very happy with our trip and will highly recommend it to family & friends.

Great Spring Break Stay

Our stay was amazing and Joyce was great at communicating with us. The 1st floor was super convenient for the kids and we all enjoyed the balcony (didn't feel like a 1st floor!). We'll be coming back to this place!

Without a doubt the best condo I have rented at the Caribe. The kitchen is well stocked with everything, just like home. Perfect location on the 1st floor makes it convenient to pool and outdoors. Balcony view is awesome with beautiful sunsets.

Family vacation

Perfect location. With all the amenities Caribe offers, you really don’t have to leave the resort if staying put is your desire. All other activities are very close, in Alabama or Florida. The home itself was perfect. We preferred the 1st floor; easy access to all the pools and grounds when toting children. It had everything we needed for cooking our meals and relaxing inside and out. Great place would definitely stay again.

Place was great

Everything went great until after we left then somehow a vase got broken. A vase that I saw right before we left when I was making sure keys were all there. Not sure what happened there but luckily I got the insurance.

Thanksgiving Week

We had an enjoyable time even though weather was a wee bit cold. We cooked in your beautiful Condo and enjoyed the beautiful view. We didn’t have any paper towels but Joyce was a phone call away. We would love to return in summer!

I’m Very Particular

When I search for a VRBO I pay close attention to details in pictures and others reviews. We have been renting vacation places for 18 years and I can say that this was the easiest, nicest, cleanest condo we have been in. Pictures don’t do it justice. Just book. You won’t be sorry! Perfect location

This property is absolutely beautiful! Perfect resort for the family! Kids loved the pools, water slides, and fishing off the docks. Loved the 1st floor location so we could easily come and go as we please! Great communication with the owners! Can’t wait to go back!

Perdido Pass Get-Away

This is an excellent location to experience the Perdido pass, which is absolutely gorgeous. You get access to the bay, the pass, and the gulf side beach all within walking distance or by the shuttles provided by the Caribe resort. The area is teaming with ocean wildlife, including dolphins, and a blast to observe. There are a ton of fun things to do nearby. Condo C105 is a very clean and comfortable place to stay and has 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom for guest privacy/convenience. Some of the common resort areas could use some maintenance, but it did not really take-away from the enjoyment of our stay, The check-in/check-out process was very easy and the property manager communication was excellent. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to visit again.

After more than 30 years as an Army family, we enjoyed traveling and discovered through those travels that our favorite place to vacation and relax are the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast. We both enjoy the water and water sports and are now retired and live on a lake in Central Alabama. We are proud parents of four children and proud grandparents of seven grandchildren.

We chose the Caribe Resort because it is a fabulous modern up to date complex with many amenities that our family and yours can enjoy. It has indoor & outdoor pools, kiddy pool and a hot tubs. It also has more than one excellent fitness center with a fantastic view. The fitness centers includes large dry and wet saunas and a large sitting areas to read. The condo is very spacious with a three bedroom three bath layout, all with flat screen TV's. Unit C 105 includes a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. It is located in beautiful Orange Beach with restaurants and shopping all within a short distance. A spacious State Park and numerous golf courses are close by. A must visit restaurant is Cobalt's located adjacent to the resort property only a short walk.

We have decorated this unit for everyone to enjoy. We replaced and updated the bedding in the bedrooms with all new mattresses and foundations. The spacious balcony has a table with 6 chairs and 4 comfortable balcony chairs to view the beautiful bay and boats from. There are 4 flat screen TVs. This unit includes a wet bar with ice maker and wine cooler. The kitchen has both Keurig and Mr. Coffee makers and the amenities are first class. We have furnished the unit to allow our guest to enjoy the beauty of the bay and the ocean. The only items needed to move in are your personal items, clothing, food and drink. We have tried to think of everything you might need to make this a wonderful beach vacation for you and your family.
