We have created special private home for your relaxation and enjoyment!
Enjoy stargazing on all areas of the property. Listen to music using the record player. Immerse yourself in the 6-person jacuzzi with LED lighting after a nice day at JTNP all in total privacy.
Enjoy the grill under the covered patio and watch the sunset. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for relaxing and keeping warm while stargazing.
Enjoy a king bed in the master room, queen bed in the second bedroom. The game room includes a full bed and a pull-out couch that equals a full size bed. Each bedroom is equipped with their own Smart TV.
Enjoy the ultimate game room with hours of entertainment, including a 70" 4K UHD SMART TV, foosball table, a conversion game table with ping pong, pool and air hockey! Board games, pub games, cards games & so much more!

***PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING! We require a pet fee which is non-refundable as well as an incidental fee fully -refundable within 24 hours after checking out.
*If booking for an event, must notify us prior to booking (additional rates and deposits may apply)
*We collect a full refundable deposit the day of arrival, $250 for 1-4 guests and $400 for 5-6 guests. We can collect through VRBO which might include longer return time or through Venmo (instant), whichever you are more comfortable with. The deposit will be returned within 48 hours of checking out.
We reserve the right to withhold all or part of the security deposit if any of the house rules are broken. Reasons for withholding deposit funds include, but are not limited to:
-Damage to the property
-Missing items
-Evidence of smoking inside the home - a minimum charge of $275
-Unauthorized pets - a minimum charge of $175
-Unauthorized guests
Other House Rules:
-No shoes in the house preferred, especially on rugs. We appreciate your cooperation!
-The house is professionally cleaned prior to each guest's arrival. When you leave, do your best to leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived (minus normal usage of course)
-The property uses a Septic System for waste removal. Please do not discard ANYTHING extra in the toilet (other than the provided toilet paper) and no food or debris down the kitchen sink PLEASE. Following this policy will help avoid problems with the plumbing.
-Please be considerate of our neighbors. Keep noise down after 10pm, especially if you are enjoying the outdoor space
-Turn off the gas on the grill and propane fire pit after every use
Before you leave:
-We kindly ask that you clean any dishes or kitchenware used
-We kindly ask to collect all trash and place it in the black dumpster outside the front gate
-Turn off all electrical lights and AC/heat systems
-Close and lock all doors
As A Reminder: This is a wild, desert area. In addition to the cuddly critters, there are spiders, snakes, lizards and other not so cuddly creatures. We recommend keeping doors closed at all times to minimize the possibility of unwanted intruders. Although the house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, please take into consideration the environment of many critters that can still venture inside the home. On the property there are cacti and other prickly plants you definitely want to avoid stepping on or brushing against.
**** Terms & Conditions This Short-Term Rental Agreement (hereinafter: the âAgreementâ) is entered into and made effective as of the booking date by and between the Property Owner/Operator (âOwnerâ) and the Guest (together - the âPartiesâ). Terms not specified in this Agreement shall be in accordance with the House rules or the Reservation policies which are provided on the listing page and upon arrival.
The parties agree as follows:
The Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local laws. It is the guest's responsibility to understand and adhere to city and county regulations. The Guest shall behave in a respectful manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement without refund. There shall be no outside music or noise between 10pm and 8am.
The Guest commits not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, including but not limited to sub-lease the property or otherwise allowing anyone or more people to stay above the maximum permitted, unless previously agreed with the Owner.
The Guest is responsible for any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) in or to the property - along with any extra costs that may result - which are caused by the Guest or any members of the Guestâs party.
The Owner can refuse to allow the Guest into the property or ask the Guest to leave without refund if they break House Rules or have reasonable evidence that the Guest (or any member of the Guestâs party) is behaving illegally or that any damage is likely to be caused, has been caused, or is being caused as a result of the Guest behavior. The Owner will not be legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation.
Parking is limited to designated parking areas only.
The Guest must not hold events (such as parties, celebrations or meetings) at the property without the advance written consent of the Owner. Any of these cases will allow the Owner to terminate the Agreement without providing a refund of any payment and the Owner will not be legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation.
The Guest must allow the Owner or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during the stay (except in an emergency and Guest cannot be contacted in time. In these unlikely situations, the owner can enter the property at any time without giving Guest prior notice).
The Guest is obliged not to make any changes in the rented property without prior receipt of agreement from the Owner in writing.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, as acknowledged by signature below, the Guest waives, discharges and agrees to hold harmless Owner from all damages or injuries arising from or related to the Guest stay at Property, including without limitation, any accidents or injury to the Guest, Guestâs visitors and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The Guest is responsible for keeping their valuables safe at all times.
Additional Policies such as Rates and Fees, Check-In/Out Time, Cancellation Policy, Minimum Stay, Smoking, Pets, Maximum Guests allowed, Children and age, Security Deposit, etc. will be according to the House rules or the Reservation policies which are provided separately by the Owner.
All parties associated with Casa de Amigos are not responsible or liable for any of the following but not limited to: Theft or damage of personal property, bodily injury of any kind to you or anyone in your group, that includes guests already provided in your booking reservation & outside of booking, insect or animal bites of any kind. Any natural occurrence that may cause damage to personal property or bodily harm.
