Vackert fritidshus med pool

BelÀget i West Valley-omrÄdet i Phoenix i den lugna överraskningssamhÀllet. Helt ny pool just installerad vÄren 2013. Poolen har en stor solstol och tvÄ uteplatser i varje Ànde. PoolvÀrme ingÄr i hyran.

Hemmet Àr 1822 kvadratmeter bestÄende av ett mycket stort sovrum, tvÄ vanliga sovrum och ett stort hölje med garderob. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, med en andra kung och queen size-sÀng i sovrummen och en full storlek utdragbar lata pojke bÀddsoffa i hÀllen. VÄrt hem har vÀlvda tak i hela, ett mycket stort kök, takflÀkt utomhus över tÀckt bakre uteplats och takflÀktar i alla sovrum. Hemmet har ett delat planlösningskoncept som har sovrummet pÄ ena sidan av huset separerat frÄn de viktigaste sovrummen pÄ andra sidan. Detta hem har vackert inredda och levereras med allt du behöver för din vistelse. Alla verktyg inklusive TV, gratis Nordamerikas telefontjÀnst och höghastighetsinternet (bara ta med din bÀrbara dator) tillhandahÄlls.

Obs: Vi tar inte betalt för poolvÀrme eftersom poolen servas av en vÀrmepump som kan vara mindre effektiv vid uppvÀrmning av vattnet nÀr den lÄga temperaturen över natten faller under 48 grader F. VÀrmaren fungerar dock perfekt nÀr den kombineras med anvÀndning av det medföljande solskyddet. NÀr vÀdret Àr sÄ svalt över natten vill de flesta gÀster inte simma ÀndÄ.

Nice home in a great neighborhood. Great communication with owner and very smooth checkin. Clean and comfortable. The landscaping needed Some cleanup but it is winter, even in AZ. Will stay there again.

Great stay

This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, with access to just about anything within a couple miles, and easy access to the highway. We didn’t use the beautiful pool as it was a “cold” week, but would definitely use if it was in the summer. I would definitely rent this house again

way better than staying in a motel.

Wonderful Experience

Very Nice Accommodations, felt like home! House was well stocked and very clean. It was a very friendly and quiet Neighborhood. The pool was a great way to relax after playing a round of golf. Brian was fantastic and responded to our inquiries immediately. We would come here again! Place was fantastic!

Fabulous!

What a great rental! House was immaculate upon arrival and the owner was quick and easy to communicate with. Perfect mini vacation spot for families. Heated pool was simple to heat and we were able to enjoy it and the back patio! Loved the surround sound speakers. Definitely a hit for us having that inside and outside. Great location. Five stars!

Great home in Surprise

This was our first time renting a home and everything went as planned. Brian reached out to us after we arrived to see if we needed anything and also contacted us prior to checkout. The home was exactly as advertised and was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely rent it again when we return to visit family and friends in Arizona!

Great house in Surprise AZ

We had a good stay here for our yearly vacation to AZ for NASCAR week. Nice place and had everything you need. We took the garbage can out when we checked out as it wasn’t empty when we arrived. Hope that was ok as it was full by the time we were checking out. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay. Weather was awesome and the pool was fun! We did not talk to the property manager anytime during our stay so that is why the score is one star.

Great!

We were there for a baseball tournament for our son. We were gone most of everyday but the house was just what we needed! The temps were over 100 everyday and the house stayed wonderfully cool. We enjoyed the pool at night to cool off before another day of baseball in the heat. Thanks!

Very nice place to stay in Surprise, AZ

Everything you need to have a great stay in surprise, Arizona. The house is as described by the owner in the VRBO listing. everything works. Everything is clean. The location was perfect for my visit. The backyard and swimming pool for an added bonus. We used it nearly every day. The neighborhood was quiet, which I like. Short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses.

Very comfortable

Had some minor issues i.e. toaster didn't work, ice maker and cool water wasn't working either and had to fill the propane tank. Pool was great and location met our needs perfectly. The closeness of the air force base makes it a little noisy during the day.

No suprises in Suprise

Very nice property ... good space and a sparkling pool ... very comfortable and private. Parking in the garage was a plus. A few lapses in cleaning and lighting, but not unexpected given Covid and post-Spring Training, but it didn't detract from our wonderful week. We'll be back.

We loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our family of 5. The added bonus was the heated pool. Our kids loved it. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Cozy and comfortable.

House had a nice layout. Pool was the highlight, although initially too cool for comfort, eventually warmed up making for lots of fun in the sun. Quiet neighborhood. Left wishing we had booked more time.

Surprise review

Great property that may need a little updating but great response time by the owner, usually within minutes. Needs some painting but had everything we needed. Didn't really use the pool but certainly could have.

Nice in Surprise

House had everything we needed. Great location. Close to White Tank and Surprise pickleball complex. Pool is nice but didn’t stay warm enough for us to use at night. Great patio area for eating and relaxing!

We have found Arizona to be a great place to explore. There is so much to do and see! We decided to invest in our own small piece of Arizona. We hope you'll enjoy all that Arizona has to offer. You'll want to keep coming back too!

Surprise is a beautiful part of the Metro-Phoenix area. It is a new community that has been developed mainly in the last 20 years. Close to all sports amenities, hiking, shopping, you name it, and it is not far from the airport (about 30 minutes).

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Lots of open green-space walking paths, cycling routes, close to White Tank Regional Park.
