We were a reunion party of 3 childhood friends. We really appreciated the extra twin bed in the 2nd bedroom so no one had to double up. We also liked that it is a property occupied by owner a few months of the year, so the kitchen is extraordinarily well-stocked. It's a beautiful, comfortable and very new apartment. The host was wonderful explaining every detail of the apartment. We will stay here again next year with pleasure!

very modern kitchen with everything we needed. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with shopping, groceries and restaurants near by. The Metro is only a few blocks away, which is very convenient for getting around DC. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio table in front of the townhouse. There is no assigned parking but you do have a parking permit for the street parking. Our girls group really enjoyed this apartment. very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our family of 5 spent the week in DC. This home was in the perfect location-close to a Metro station, grocery store, restaurants. BEAUTIFUL and safe neighborhood . We would definitely stay again. Cindy is a kind and gracious host.

Great Capitol Hill Stay

Cindy was a wonderful host. This place turned out to be perfect for a 5 night stay. The apartment is very well maintained with excellent amenities and you can't beat the location. We highly recommend it.

DC Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and restful after a day of heat and walking. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to hang out. The milk, OJ and english muffins were greatly appreciated.

Lovely Place

We had a very enjoyable time. We and another couple were here together and it was perfect. We walked the 35 minute walk to the Capitol and spent the evening on the National Mall. Walked to the Eastern Market, 10 min, for breakfast the next morning. Everything was really comfortable. Will stay again if we have the opportunity.

Lovely Cap Hill property

We were in DC to visit our daughter who is in college there. The apartment is well supplied and super clean. Cindy was very helpful. I would love to come back. The neighborhood is super safe and friendly.

Warm neighborhood

A friend & I came to DC for a conference & my husband met us later when we rented this VRBO. We were so pleased with the location of this VRBO as transportation was easily accessible & there were many shops & restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was wonderful & so relaxing after full days of exploring. I met Jessica ( the owner) & she was super delightful & had great suggestions for restaurants in the area. We would absolutely stay here again; I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Nationals vs Cubs Baseball

Our stay at the Eastern Market property was fabulous. Do not let the lower level/basement loation discourage you. It was a wonder apartment and perfect for the 3 nights we were there. It was within walking distance to so many great places to eat. Most important was its proximity to the ballpark. The property manager was fabulous and thought of everything we could have possible needed to know.

Beautiful little apartment

The apartment was great. Nice little neighborhood with a park near by. Grocery store is a short walk. Nicely furnished, well appointed kitchen and bath. Laundry on site makes it easy. Cindy was fantastic and made sure we had what we needed. The only thing I would like to see is some window coverings in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

From the time of booking, this was a 5star booking. Cindy is an amazing host and the unit had everything you could possibly want. Location was awesome for getting to anything we wanted. Would love to stay here again on my next trip to D.C.

This place is amazing..

Honestly this is one of the best places we have ever stayed, excellent location, great communication, amazing apartment with really comfy beds and a welcome gift back that after being rerouted to Virginia on our flight making us hours late, was so welcomed. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Great DC location!

The unit was very clean and well stocked. Cindy was a very accommodating and responsive host. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our DC stay. It was an easy walk to the metro and several sights and restaurants. We also felt very safe with our children in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Feeling Right at Home!

We loved our stay and felt right at home with all the touches that went above and beyond our expectations. The walk through the Metro through the neighborhood was something we enjoyed every day. Our communication with the property manager could not have been any better. We would recommend this to any family wanting to really feel like a part of the city during their stay!

DC Girls Trip

This apartment is perfectly located to explore the city. City highlights all walkable from here. Metro Station Eastern Market, 12 min walk. From there a direct connection to Dulles Airport. Supermarket 10 min walk. The apartment is even bigger as it looks on the photos. The kitchen very well equipped, good beds and cosy towels. Cindy is an amazing host; always answered within 30 minutes and very flexible. The absolute perfect location for our city trip!

Comfortable and cozy

We really enjoyed staying in this cozy apartment in Capitol Hill. There were 3 adults and we were very comfortable with plenty of room to relax. Beds and bathroom very clean and kitchen was so cute with everything we needed. Cindy, our host, was very helpful. We would stay here again!
