Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was good. Easy to pay and no issues trying to book.I feel the room could have been cleaner. The floor still had sand on it and seems like it needed to be mopped. Our temperature in the room never got below 73 even when we set the thermostat on 70. There were 2 box fans and one had a blade broke in it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on June 8, 2024 early and the unit wasn’t ready, which wasn’t a big deal. We hung out with friends until our unit was ready. Upon arrival, we found the unit to be quite dirty. We had a toddler and within a few minutes, his hands, clothes and tops of feet were dirty. Coffee filter was left in coffee pot and towels were in the dryer. Some towels were left in the washer. The place had a clean smell to it but we felt like the cleaning was done very quickly. We never approached Management because Our little one ended up getting sick and having to stay in the PICU. We don’t think his issues were caused by the condo but can’t be 100% sure. Our family ended up cleaning the place as best we could by vacuuming and wiping down all floors, counters, cabinets, etc with Clorox. Our toddler was released on Tuesday, June 11 and stayed the rest of the week in the condo. We didn’t have any other issues and didn’t say anything to Management.

Winter of 2023-24

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 11th winter in B 3 405. We came back because it is simply the best location one can imagine. You are on the beach. You get the world’s best sunsets and the condo is absolutely gorgeous. But we come back every year, as well, because of the people. From the manager,Janet, to the custodial staff to the guards at the gate and the maintenance people: everyone makes you feel welcome. We have returned to Pinnacle Port for 25 winters and this condo is the best. We recommend it highly.

Shore Perfection

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had such a relaxing and fun experience at Pinnacle Port this year!. The view was spectacular and the beaches were beautiful as always. Our condo met all our needs and much more. Each room was spacious and gave each family member privacy as well. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining space and living area was the gathering place for the family. Everyone could spread out and still have conversations with each other. The balcony area gave a sense of an extension to the living area. We have booked for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a family vacation to a place we visited many times in the past. The unit needs updating. We had two repair people come into the unit while we were there. We also had a towel rack fall of the wall. Location is great just a little disappointed in the unit and the repairs.

tired property but great location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The elevator was broken from the moment we arrived until we left. We had to unload our car and load back our car up and down 4 flights. The condo we stayed in was outdated and lacking in dishes. There was constant construction and noise above us from the time we woke up and until late at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 9th winter in B3 405 and our 24th winter at Pinnacle Port. The condo is excellent. The views are beautiful everyday and the sunsets are simply gorgeous. The condo is well appointed and well supplied. The new TV and Internet is excellent. We look forward to returning each year. We would want to mention the Pinnacle Port staff. From administration to property ,management they are all simply ‘the best’. Janet, Daisy and Michelle in the office make you feel at home from day one. John, Josh and all who work around the buildings make you feel right at home. The grounds are beautiful and there is lots to do.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. The condo felt spacious enough for 4 people. The downside was the festival of fruit flies from the clogged trash chute in the stairwell. We used spray, fruit fly traps and flyswatters all week. My husband called the rental office early in the week to ask for help but didn't get a call back. Also, there was a lot of dust on the louvered door to the washing machine closet and on the popcorn ceiling in the living room. We had to do a good bit of cleaning to feel comfortable. We did enjoy the location right next to the state park, which made the beach a lot less crowded. Beautiful sand & water.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Pinnacle Port every winter for twenty-three years missing only one year, in the last 24, because of Covid (the border was closed). It is a magical place where you feel connected with the sea and the land. Its the best place to be. Magical white sand beaches, a gated community, security, all the amenities one would want all nestled on 25 acres in a gated community next to a state park. The condo we have been in for the last eight years is simply beautiful. One friend, sitting at our table and looking out the patio doors of the wrap-around balcony told us that it’s like being on a cruise ship. We gaze at the Gulf. Sunsets are breath taking. The place is clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked. It feels like home. We recommend B3 405 highly. There are none better.
