Country getaway

Spacious basement suite with lots of room for relaxing. Large open concept apartment. King sized purple brand mattress and a queen sized gel mattress on a pullout couch. Large kitchen With walk in pantry. Smart TVs located in living room and bedroom. Big jetted tub. Beautiful large backyard with outdoor seating. Gazebo, Firepit and Bbq grills. Located at the foot of Hobble Creek canyon and close to a beautiful reservoir. Close to several parks and bike trails and frisbee golf course. Just minutes to the world renowned golf course. 20 min. to Provo and 45 min. To Park City and Heber Valley. You will have plenty of space to relax and rest. Paddle boards are available for use at the reservoir. No pets.No smoking or vaping on the property. This is a basement mother in law type apartment located in a quite family neighborhood. There are horses and dogs,cats and ducks that live on the property. We the owners do live upstairs with older children.

This was a very spacious basement apartment, and very clean. We stayed for only 1 night; but it had a large kitchen and pantry, which would've been great for a longer stay.

Our hosts were very responsive, and their home and neighborhood are so peaceful. The backyard animals are so sweet. Our host kindly prepped firewood for us to have a fire on the last evening. Thank you for the hot chocolate and oatmeal provided in the kitchen, as well!

It is not the whole house but a basement apartment with no directions to get to the entrance. No directions on where to park and address was hard to see. Lights were burnt out throughout the apartment. A/c did not work. Couch was covered in dog hair. Owner was aggressive in communicating about a scheduling error.

This property is surprisingly spacious and well appointed. The decor is also nice. It was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the ponies and ducks in the backyard. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay. However, if you're expecting a country getaway, this definitely isn't it. It's across the busy street from a busy high school in a residential neighborhood. Much of Utah allows farm animals in residential neighborhoods. I would recommend changing the advertising to reflect this, otherwise some people will be disappointed in the location.

Everything was very clean and easy to find. My kids loved the ponies and ducks in the backyard. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen had plenty of stuff to use. Lots of space for hanging out in the living area and kitchen. The bedroom gets a bit warmer than the other room but we knew there was no A/C. The ceiling fan and portable fan helped.

Clean and stylish

Enjoyed our stay clean and comfortable the welcoming committee ( dogs ) was a little obnoxious but overall had a very nice stay.

Just what we were looking for!

My husband and I wanted a little vacation/honeymoon that wasn’t too far from home but private with amenities we wanted. This place was perfect for us! It was very clean, super cozy, the jacuzzi tub was so nice! The dogs were yappy but they were kept behind a fence and one even let me pet it! I definitely recommend for a cheap, and private place to stay in Springville!

Didn’t want to leave

I would live here if I could. Such a nice place. The accommodations are way comfortable with plenty of space and everything you’d need. Met the host and she was very kind. The dogs are little, friendly and not scary at all. I want to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the back yard more.

Great space, friendly host!

We stayed there for one night. There was a hiccup with the Vrbo system but the host resolved that very quickly and was friendly throughout. Nice space, clean and quiet. Would recommend for anyone staying in springville looking for a place to drop in at night!
