Beautiful condo close to everything. Finding it in the dark was a challenge the sign with address number needs updating. Pool was beautiful with plenty of beach to walk. Loved the little deli up the street as you drive in. Wonderful vacation.

This was by far the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in, and the view was great! The pool was very nice; with plenty of chairs and loungers. The host is very quick to respond, and made things very simple. I had all the information I needed. Awesome central location, so we could explore all the keys!

Our condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could possibly need, including beach towels, beach toys, board games, cooking utensils… my only complaint was that our beach that we paid for was completely inaccessible due to the amount of sargassum. I take partial responsibility for that because I could’ve researched the affected areas, but it did change our experience as we had to drive to look for beaches that we could play on. Overall the room itself and pool were both wonderful and I would stay again!

2nd time booking this unit and I like that the owner does yearly updates to the unit. This is still a quite property. You cannot be any closer to the ocean than this. Due to asthma and 4 plug ins I had to contact the owner and she was very cooperative. We are already planning our next trip there!

This condo is an absolute gem. The location couldn’t be better — truly just steps from the water, peaceful, and exactly what you want in a Keys getaway. It’s quiet, relaxing, and feels like your own slice of beachfront paradise. The host was extremely responsive to every question we had, both before and during the trip. Communication was fast, clear, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire stay even better. We’ve stayed in the Keys several times, and this has become our favorite spot. Already looking forward to returning.

The property was in a good location. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise. We did see dolphins in the ocean a few days in a row. The condo was clean and neat and had everything we needed. Maylin, our host, was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Best on the Beach!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay! Extremely clean, timely responses, amazing view, perfect place to walk the beach! We highly recommend this condo, and working with Maylin. The location was perfect for seeing Sombrero Beach, Coco Plum Beach, driving to Key West, and all other things we wanted to do! We will defiantly rebook here when we come back!

Beautiful Location!

We had an excellent stay at Coco Plum Beach! The condo was lovely. It was just as described and had everything we needed. We appreciated the fact that the condo complex was not overly large. We had a relaxing stay and look forward to staying here again sometime.

We absolutely loved the property and its location right on the beach.

It was exactly what we were looking for and made our first trip to the Keys very special! We really liked the screened balcony as weather was very nice to keep doors open. Thank You!!
