Welcome to our charming apartment, ideally located in the heart of Paris, close to the lively streets of Etienne Marcel and Montorgueil. This comfortable, modern and fully equipped apartment offers light and comfort, creating the ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable Parisian experience with family or friends.
The Space:
31m2 apartment, located on the 1st floor without elevator which includes:
- 1 living room with queen size double bed and 1 double sofa bed, 140cm TV, Wifi
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine) with table and chairs for 4 people
- 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by professional agents

Visitors have access to the entire flat.

This apartment is located in the center of Paris near rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, very shopping and lively streets, known for their many cafes and restaurants.
The apartment is located near the Grands Boulevards
It is 900 meters from the Grevin Museum and 1.6 km from Galeries Lafayette and 1.5 km from Place de l'Opera.
You will find the Museum of Arts and Crafts just 450m away.
