Bara två timmar norr om Los Angeles, 30 minuter. från Santa Barbara, beläget i Los Olivos town, Santa Ynez Valley, hittar du det perfekta stället att slappna av, reflektera och ladda. Huset är undangömt på en liten kulle omgiven av mogna eukalyptus-, tall- och pepparträd, bara två kvarter från centrum av staden där du kan promenera till Corner Cafe för en morgonlatte.

Promenera till flera (51 vid sist räkning) förstklassiga vinprovningsrum, lunch på Los Olivos Cafe, en plats som ses i filmen, "Sideways". Utforska konstgallerier och antikaffärer. Ta en resa genom Santa Ynez Valley och upptäck över 117 vingårdar som erbjuder några av de finaste vinerna som produceras i Kalifornien.

På kvällen hittar du förstklassiga middagsalternativ på Sides Restaurant av Chef Brothers, Los Olivos Cafe och Petros för att vara bland de finaste i dalen. Även om du kanske stöter på några kändisar, erbjuder Grapolos i Santa Ynez utmärkt italiensk mat.

Genom de franska dörrarna, precis utanför det nyrenoverade köket, finns det ett stort redwood-däck. 30-åriga druvodrankar, espalierade på staketet och trädgården omger gräsmattan och trädgården. Rulla ut Santa Maria Bar-Be-Que och prova på att grilla din egen Santa Maria tri-tip. Läs eller bara koppla av i hängmattan i trädgården.

Varje lördag - NYHETEN !! Seasonal Farmer's Market - bara 2 minuters promenad från fastigheten. Njut av solnedgången med ett glas vin på skiffer balkongen utanför befälhavaren.

Nice place, Hidden but Central

Rustic Aesthetic Comfy (like Los Olivos), and it is very convenient for walking around the middle of town, so we liked it a lot. Up on a little hill, hidden by trees, so feels private. Truly 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, as shown, and bonus bed on upstairs loft space. Nice yard and deck. Well equipped kitchen. Our only complaints were about small things: a couple of lights didn’t work, a bathtub valve that leaked (not an inconvenience for us), that sort of thing. So maybe needs a bit more hands-on maintenance and care, but overall very comfortable and excellent location for the price. We would certainly come back.

Nice house in a great location

Six of us really enjoyed our stay here - it was a very comfortable size for the group. The location was perfect - a couple of blocks from tasting rooms and restaurants, and short drives to other places in the region, like Solvang and Buellton. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.The master bedroom was the closest to Highway 154, so there was a bit of traffic noise from that room, though that did go away at night. It was never bad, though.

Great stay in Santa Ynez Valley

We enjoyed this property for a reunion of wine loving college roommates. The house would easily accommodate more than our group of four. Lovely backyard for dinners at home. Safe quiet neighborhood convenient to various towns in SYV. Los Olivos has numerous tasting rooms and good restaurants including Nella Kitchen at the Fess Parker Inn and First & Oak in Solvang. Perfect getaway

Came to Los Olivos with 2 friends and stayed for 4 nights. The second we parked the car I was in love! What a perfect place to stay. Cozy and well appointed. We loved the location - perfect for oh so quiet and peaceful early morning walks around the adorable neighborhoods. Evenings were easy for tastings - the location really was perfect. Everything so walkable. The patio was lovely to enjoy the wines we bought and all the bedrooms were super comfortable. We are already talking about making an annual visit to this lovely home. Thank you!! We had a perfect visit. ❤️

Great location

You can't beat the location, which is walking distance to everything downtown. The house is very outdated and needs some upkeep, especially the outside areas, all of which were too dirty to sit. Cobwebs and dirt everywhere. We cleaned the back porch so we could sit in the chairs. The upholstered chair is too dirty to clean or sit upon. The umbrella is so moldy, it should be thrown out. We wouldn't dare open it for fear of sending toxic spores everywhere. The inside was clean, but dated. The showers backed up into the bath tubs and the faucets in the bathrooms all leak. The location is ideal but we probably won't stay here again. Communication all good and checkin was easy.

Los olivos rustic elegance

The pictures on the site are not accurate and appear to be very much out of date. While the back yard is nice there is no hammock the furniture is not as shown. The deck benches shown are stacked next to the front parking area and they look like they have been there a long time. The etched glass on the front door is not there it has been replaced with a plane piece of glass with no curtains so if someone is at the front they can just look into the house. The refrigerator and pantry need to be cleaned out. The fridge has a lot of stuff in it like half used bottles of expired salid dressing. The pantry had crackers in it that had expired two years ago that we threw out. The driveway is so steep that we were unable to walk down it. The back parking area is better but the hill leading from itis also steep. We had to drive every time we left the house .

Amazing location and perfect house

2 couples over the age of 40 for a long weekend. Parking was easy, one full bath on first floor and the second full bath on the second floor - both in the hallway. Location was walkable to everything in Los Olivos - truly perfect.
