Welcome to your little slice of heaven on earth. Located in the heart of Venice, your stay comes with all the pleasures of tropical beach living.

Conveniently situated in the heart of the Island, your home is tucked away in a peaceful part of town without street noise, yet close enough to plenteous shopping, dining, salon-ing, or just about any other amusement you might indulge in.

Venice Island is one of the safest neighborhoods in Florida. This home is directly across the street from the beautifully maintained Prentiss French Park, complete with a walking trail, playground, and picnic tables for your wine and charcuterie lunch. It's never too crowded, full of cute wildlife, and friends can be made very quickly with the kind neighbors. There are also four other parks within a 5-minute walk from your home.

If you like the beach, you'll love ours. Only 5-blocks away you will reach the shores of one of the most serene beaches in America, Venice Beach. Most tourists use the main beach entrance but if you'd like a more local experience, check out the Chauncey Howard Beach entrance, or try the Alhambra Rd. entrance, especially early in the morning where you quite often find yourself alone with the beautiful views.

Everything in the home is updated. Luxury vinyl floors, appliances, a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, pIantation shutters, and the furniture is in very good condition. The interior décor keeps the living space bright and beachy, the television sets are high definition, and the wireless internet is the fastest available. Ample Florida sunshine pours through the front windows to keep your spirits high.

Included in your stay are bicycles, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and a grill with extra propane tanks on-site so you don't run out.

Cozy house good location

Pleasant, quiet, safe neighborhood close to Venice Beach and Historic center. Hosts responded in timely manner to any questions. House was tastefully decorated with plenty of towels

Precious little home

This place had everything we needed . Owners were super friendly . The location was so convenient to anywhere we wanted to go in the Venice Beach area. Would definitely stay there again !

Perfect stay!

Angelica’s home is conveniently located near downtown and Venice Beach. Also, it is very comfortable, cozy and well equipped. We really liked the park right in front of the property and enjoyed riding the available bikes. Had a wonderful stay!

Perfect

The location and house was a great set up. The local park helped to walk the dog as well. Great host and helped us with whatever we needed. The house was nice and clean. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Incredible Home

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the park across the street and even walked downtown and to Venice Beach! It was absolutely perfectly situated. We would love to stay here again! It was so nice to have enough room to spread out. Everything was perfect!

Great location

The house was nice and the location was great. We used the bikes and they worked but could definitely use a tune up. Unfortunately, the TV in the main room was broken upon our arrival, Saturday, for a week long stay. I got a quick response and TV was taken to be “repaired”. Received a text 2 days later it was not repairable and they “ordered” a new TV. My only request regarding the TV was we had a replacement by Thursday (Thanksgiving) so we could watch football and kids would have another TV to watch something else. Unfortunately a replacement never arrived. We moved the only TV back and forth between the rooms as needed for the week. I would have appreciated better communication. I got an explanation that due to the “budget”, they had to order TV (despite there being a Walmart with TVs on sale 4 miles down the road). This was frustrating because I also have a budget and, based on that budget, booked a stay in a house that met our needs. Unfortunately we had to be inconvenienced due to the owners “budget”.

Awesome Huge Place!

This is the nicest property I have ever stayed in while in Venice! Huge(2 family rooms/TV’s, 3 queen bedrooms), 5 minute walk to Venice Ave, short walk to beach, right across from a cute park! Owners are very responsive-we had no issues at all, i just had check out questions. Highly recommend this property!

November in Venice

This house is so clean and perfectly decorated with nice things to make you feel at home, not the cheap hotel beachy vibe. Everything looks new. You can tell a lot of time and thought were put into the decorations. Pictures do not do it justice. Great location, easy walking distance to shops and the beach. Very quiet neighborhood, small park across the street. Owners were quick to respond and easy to deal with. Check in and check out was a breeze. We have been renting in Venice for 25 plus years, this one is on my top 2 list. Will definitely return. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the mattresses are a little firm for my liking, but we all have our own sleeping preferences. You can’t go wrong renting this beautiful home. Thanks for a great vacation in your lovely home!!!

Just Amazing Buy!

This property is one of the Best Buy’s I have ever seen and I have used VRBO for many years. So very clean , large and comfortable, honestly just a perfect location. It is walkable to the beach and downtown. My sister kept asking me “are you sure this is all I owe you” . We will stay again without a doubt!

Amazing place to stay!!!!

This was a perfect place to stay, would stay here again in a heart beat! Super clean, great location, walking distance to everything you need! Highly recommend to anyone looking in the area! If I could rate more stars I would. Great place!!!

Fantastic!

What a great spot! Location was great, house layout very comfy and nice. Carport/grill area wonderful to eat outside, has a great carport shade area for play or relaxing. Clean.. overall just wonderful. Very close to downtown and beaches. Easy with our little ones. Lord willing will be staying here again. Owners were super! Attentive and helpful if you need anything.

Really nice place

House is almost brand new,clean and very well furnished. Very peaceful neighborhood,close to beach and shops. Ruthie and Cory were the best,thank you. We loved staying here and would give 6 stars if we could!

Beyond our expectations!

This property is exactly as shown in the photos. Very comfortable beds, and lots of linens. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, baking, and barbecuing. We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed walking to the beach, and having an off leash dog beach only 10 minutes drive away. The park right across the street from our front door was also a bonus for walking the 1/4 mile paved walking path. Great park for families with children. We loved being able to walk to all the shops and cafes downtown. This neighbor hood is very friendly and we always felt very safe day and night. Ruthie and Cory Elleby were so welcoming and helpful for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this property for a perfect family vacation. We will definitely consider this home again in the future.
