Located just 3 stacks back! This ocean view Villamare villa is located in the most desirable area of Palmetto Dunes in Building 1, between the Marriott & Disney Beach House & next to PD Tennis Club & miles of paths for bikes that deliver you all over the island. Elegantly furnished with upgraded granite counters, stainless steel appliances, with hardwood & tile floors. Enjoy the ocean breezes & views from the two balconies with resort style amenities-heated oceanfront pool (March 15th - December 1st), outdoor spa, fitness center, indoor pool with complementary shuttle service to Shelter Cove & shopping during the summer. Amenities also include large ocean front gas grill area with large deck for enjoying outside dining. No Pets Allowed.

Villamare Pool Modernization Project—What You Need to Know!
The Owners of Villamare will be embarking on a major outdoor Pool Modernizaton Project. It is expected to greatly increase the enjoyment of Villamare by both owners and their guests in many years to come. A significant change since the project was initally envisioned is that the project will be completed over one Fall/Winter Season instead of two. The original plan had a new pool being built near the grill area in 2023/2024 and the main pool receiving a complete modernization in 2024/2025. The entire project will now be completed in 2023/2024. If you will be staying at Villamare from September 15, 2023 until April 30, 2024, you may experience noise and construction traffic or the inability to utilize some of the access points to the beach. There will always be a way to access the beach from Villamare.
The highlights of the project’s progress is as follows:
September 15 – October 15: Demolition of decks, removal of trees and other initial project work at both sites...the new Serenity/Adult Pool by the grills and the Main pool wood decking. THE MAIN POOL AND THE CONCRETE DECKS OF THE MAIN POOL WILL REMAIN OPEN.
October 15 – April 30: Main Pool is closed and the project on both the new Serenity/Adult Pool and the Main Pool will be under construction.

Things to Know....
The Indoor Pool and Fitness Center will remain open throughout the project.
The Grill area will be available throughout the project.
Beach Access will remain available throughout the project. There will be times when the existing beach walkway will need to be closed due to the type of work is taking place at that /me. There will always be an access point either through the Disney property next door or the natural path alongside Building 3.
Work hours will be from 8am to 6pm Monday – Friday.
There will be a weekly schedule shared with owners that will provide a sense of noise or other disruptions for the upcoming week.

Great destination for family beach vacation.

I've stayed in Palmetto Dunes a dozen times. This was my first time at Villamare. The condo is beautiful and modernized; great for us with two teenagers. Access to the beach was super easy. And the newly renovated pools and outdoor spaces are beautiful and a wonderful amenity.

Ideal location in Palmetto Dunes

We stayed in this recently updated condo which has a nice view of the ocean and easy access to the amenities. There was an issue at checkin and the problem was handled immediately and very responsibly by Carolyn, the property manager. We will certainly return to HH and stay here again. Highly recommend this unit!

Good Visit

The condo was as described and just what we needed. The construction going on and the age of the building made it challenging to rest for my wife. Again, overall the condo was good and we enjoyed our time.

Great condo in the best location!

Condo was very cutely decorated and clean. Located in Villamare in Palmetto Dunes, which is our favorite property. We've tried several others for fun over the years and always come back to Villamare. This condo also has a closet with chairs, umbrella and boogie boards saving on renting those items. Also has a cabinet with a handful of games. Great communication and fully stocked. Bathrooms haven't been fully updated, so one shower is pretty small and other is average. We made it work and wasn't a big deal for us 3 women, but may be a issue for bigger people/guys. Property also has several leave/borrow bins for people to leave items behind for the next guest, which is really awesome! Highly recommend!

Our New Favorite Place

This was the PERFECT condo for my family of three. Would work great for two couples and one or two children. The buildings are older, but have been extremely well maintained. Beautifully manicured grounds all around. Elevator worked every time. This unit has been completely refurbished and was spotless. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Beach and pool access was amazing. Enjoyed eating, reading, and playing games on the patio where we could see and hear the ocean. According to my teenage daughter upon leaving…“This place ate. It left no crumbs.” Apparently that is a very high compliment!

Location! Location!

Our arrival was seamless which we appreciated after our 11 hour drive. The property manager was very easy to reach with any of our questions! The owners were also helpful and it was the first rental we have had that provided beach chairs,etc! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed in case you can’t get a reservation at one of the many, fabulous island restaurants. We look forward to coming back next year!

Great place!

We love our stay! The view of the ocean is much better than the picture! The property was great. The indoor pool is only open 8-5, so we were disappointed we didnt have time to utilize it. The outdoor hot tub was up and running and we enjoyed it! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great spot close to everything.

We enjoyed morning walks to the General Store for an unexpected great breakfast. Super short walk right to the beach, including able to walk to The Dunes House restaurant to watch the sunset. Very quiet and relaxing spot. We also took advantage of the grill and picnic area which worked out great to sit on one of the two balconies.

Another Great Villamare Stay

Clean, cozy, and close to the beach. This property is our 3rd condo to rent in Villamare for the 5th year in a row. My family and I really enjoyed our time in 1109. We look forward to returning.

It was very enjoyable staying in this condo and it met all our expectations. We had great weather and enjoyed our time on the island. The only negative was the toilets were barely flushing, but we got by. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Great property! Didn’t seem that floors were very clean

The property was awesome and the amenities were great. Zero issues with the property itself! We love Villamare and have stayed in other units there. I cannot say enough about how great Villamare is! Our only gripe was something that had to do with the other parties involved with caring for the unit. The cleanliness of the unit was poor. There were chips found under the couch and the coffee table, along with other ‘crumbs’ throughout the unit. After walking around for maybe half an hour unpacking (we left our shoes in the entryway), everyone’s feet were gross and practically black. We used wet towels (with water) to clean the floors and it made us nauseous what the towels looked like afterwards. It just made us question how clean the rest of the unit was. This disappointed me because I feel like the rental agent should be keeping an eye on the condition better on behalf of the unit owner. It isn’t a reflection on the owner, but rather the cleaning company. We will definitely be back to stay at Villamare and would even consider staying here again, but would bring more cleaning supplies this time!
