Welcome to our home!
Step into this homely 21 mÂČ studio, where a bright, elegantly decorated space awaits you. It is located on the 6th floor and is accessible by lift.
The living area features a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a double bed (140x200), dressed with hotel-quality linens, a television, and a desk perfect for remote work.
The dining area includes a table for two people, while the fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials for preparing meals: an oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.
Please note that the apartment does not have an air conditioner. Instead, it has a room fan to help keep you comfortable during warmer months.
Please note that Wi-Fi isn't available at the moment.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The studio is professionally cleaned between each stay.

The 7th arrondissement is located on the left bank. It extends from rue des Saints-PĂšres to Avenue de Suffren. The district is full of tourist sites and museums: between the Invalides and its Army Museum, the Eiffel Tower, which is no longer on display, the Grand Palais and its temporary exhibitions, which can be booked months in advance (but they are worth it!), the Quai Branly Museum and its collection from all over the world, the Rodin Museum and its many sculptures, and many more, your thirst for culture and the arts will be satisfied!
It is recommended that you experience the cooking delights of a starred chef, Jean-François PiÚge, head chef of the famous Crillon. In his Thoumieux brewery, he offers excellent value for money with a view of the Eiffel Tower! It is, without hesitation, my favourite spot in the neighbourhood.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Ăcole Militaire (line 8), is just a 3-minute walk.
Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ300 smoking fee at a minimum.
