Located on a 150 x 80 foot lot with a fenced in back yard, Garage with automatic opener, Jacuzzi Tub and walk-in shower, Stove-Oven, Dishwasher, Disposal, Large Stacked Washer & Dryer, Dining Table, Social Sun Room, Fireplace, Outside Porch/Patio, Ceiling Fans throughout. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Sleeps six, one queen size bed, one full size bed, and a set of bunk beds.

Beautiful home!

This home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. We felt so relaxed during our stay. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and easy to reach. A wonderful getaway spot!

Like house sittng for Meemaw

Visting the coast for a family reunion where I was to provide three types of cinnamon rolls. I pretty much packed everything but an oven. To my surprise and delight the kitchen already had everything, including additional mixing bowls. Plenty of dishes, flatware, cooking utensils. There were groceries (flour, meal, cooking oil, spices, etc) in the cabinets and condiments in the fridge. Nice large backyard for the dogs, Orion and Hephaestus. Nice neighborhood. Quiet. Landscaping is a work in progress.Lots of towels (not well sorted or placed).Overall, the home is a really cozy space. Both families enjoyed their stay. 5 out of 5!

Quiet home, enjoyed watching the golfers. House is a cooks dream with anything that you could think of to cook with . Was a busy street to maneuver in and out of due to high traffic volume. No fault of host. Host very responsive to any questions

We loved staying at PrimoFish, it was very comfortable and well stocked. The owner was Johnny-on-the-spot when we needed him. We would stay again if we could or have time.

Great Overall Experience

Our family had an outstanding stay. If you're passing through on I-10 or in the area for golfing, fishing, etc. then consider this charming, quiet place on the 16th fairway of Hickory Hills Golf Club as a great option. Very well thought out & easy to use information from the host.

Visiting daughter for Christmas

We loved this place it’s only 7 miles from our daughter, we have stayed in several VRBO‘s through the years, this is the first one that allowed all three of our small dogs to come along,most places just want two at the most, my only suggestion would be more attention to the grass and yard over all, as I’m a lil OCD about this lol. I will even offer a”yard cutting/cleaning fee” nxt trip, also the garage with garage door is a great security plus too👍
