Renoverat sjö gemenskap hem en kort promenad från den privata stranden. 163 steg för att vara exakt. Lämna bilen bakom och promenera ner för simning, sola, fiske eller båtliv. Nya möbler i hela inklusive ett mysigt vardagsrum arrangemang med gasspis och TV med full premium kabel, Netflix och DVD. Hög hastighet WIFI. Central luftkonditionering gör det sval även under en värmebölja. Två golvdesign sätter barnen nedför trappor och föräldrarna ovan. Stor veranda för att fånga solen eller läsa morgontidningen. Skärmad tillbaka veranda för middag och sen kväll drycker. Vardagsrummet är stort nog för alla att samla in. Köket är full av redskap för matlagning eller grillning ute. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Spis och mikrovågsugn. Alla bekvämligheter en familj eller två skulle behöva för en veckor semester.

Suissevale Beach gemenskapen: Suissevale är en lugn underavdelning i Moultonborough. Hus är åtskilda och mycket privat. Min stuga i synnerhet är omgiven av träd i alla riktningar. För boende och gäster, det finns många saker att göra. En fullständig privat strand bara några steg bort. Två båt lanseringar. Två lekplatser: En på stranden, den andra vid klubbhuset. Två tennisbanor. Barbeque och picknickbord bakom stranden. Och så mycket att göra i det omgivande området.

Stuga Historia: Jag köpte stugan ungefär fyra år sedan. Jag hoppades att hitta en släktträff punkt nära hela familjen. The Lake verkade som en naturlig plats. Min faster Sandy har varit en ägare i Suissevale för mer än 15 år och älskar det. Hon kan också hjälpa till med besökare som du. De flesta av resten av familjen leva upp i Berlin eller ned i Manchester, New Hampshire. Moultonborough var perfekt. Vi tittade på en hel del hus. Det kom ner till två ... detta en eller en ny en mil utanför sjön. Jag ville det nya, men 4 viktiga kvinnor (min 2 mostrar, min mor och min mormor) berättade nära sjön var bättre. Det var tillräckligt stor för alla. Det var väl underhållna. Det var mycket nära till sjön. Så jag köpte den. Jag har ändrat alla möbler. Hög kvalitet Ethan Allen möbler runt. Vi målade hela plats inifrån och ut. Det finns alla nya dekorationer överallt. Det känns som ett nytt hem. Men det håller den stuga känsla. Jag är mycket stolt över det och tror att damerna gjort rätt val.

Northern Lake Winnipesaukee :. det har fått massor av restaurang recensioner och idéer om vad du ska göra. Fiskekort, ridning och blå bärplockning är alla mycket nära.

Really nice place really enjoyed our stay

We had a Great time the owner Brian was wonderful with reaching out to us.. the place was immaculate and plenty of kitchen utensils dishes etc… even an air fryer we loved it. The lake and beach access was perfect the weather could have cooperated better but that’s New England

Great accommodations!!

As advertised. Excellent location (close to beach). Clean, organized and well stocked with all required amenities. Owners were very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Great location

Wonderful location! Super comfy place. The only drawback was after we booked the host informed us that there was a charge for bedding, otherwise you have to bring your own. Would suggest including this in the listing before someone books. The owner did make this right and waive the fee.

Week by the lake

The house was very convenient with easy access to the beach. The central A/C was nice for the humid days and the screened in porch was great for dinners. We took advantage of the fire pit, with owls visiting often during our stay. The location is easy access to Wolfboro where there are some restaurants and a great bike path!

Great location

We had a wonderful time there. We had breakfast on the screened in back porch every morning. The only problem might be the kitchen,dining area, living room and master bedroom are all on the second floor. The other bedrooms are on the first. It has central AC for some of the high humidity and heat days we had. Wouldn't mind staying there again and would recommend it.

Wonderful place!

We loved Brian’s house. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We especially loved the screened in porch to sit at night. The house is in a great location, just a very short walk to the beach. The beach itself was wonderful also- 2 swimming docks to swim out to, clean water and picnic tables to eat lunch on. Everyone in Suissevale was super friendly as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation!

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time as usual in Suissevale! This rental was one of our favorite. Great use of all the space. House was nicely furnished and had all the kitchen equipment needed as we cook in every night! Had a place for the kids to eat and a place for the adults to eat. Very short walk to the water! All in all a great stay!

Great vacation, great cottage!

Easy communicating with Brian and we felt at home during our stay. Location was perfect, short walk to the beach and fishing. We have a 19 month old, the location made such a difference enjoying the beach with the ability of walking to/from within minutes. Bringing own sheets, towels etc worked out better than if they were supplied. Overall, great place to stay and enjoy a family vacation.

Great Lake Community Vacation

Great property, owner provides many amenities to guests. Easy walk to beach which was extremely convenient, especially with two young kids. Community is nice and very quiet. Location makes it easy for day trips to other locations in the lakes/mountain region. Will definitely consider for future stays.

Perfect summer lake getaway house

We stayed at Mark's lake house in August. It was really very comfortable and cozy, with lots of amenities. The couches and chairs were great for lounging. Our favorite part was probably the screen porch--we really enjoyed being able to gather at the round table for meals, without being bothered by mosquitos. We even heard loons calling one evening. Everything was spelled out in the instructions, and went smoothly. The beach is picture-perfect, the very ideal of relaxed New Hampshire lake. The water was sparkling and perfect for swimming. Mark was a proactive and clear communicator, which made planning easy. I highly recommend this listing, and we'll try to book it again the next time we go to Lake Winnepesaukee.

Beautiful Home

Brian, thank you for renting your beautiful home to us. The house was in perfect order when we arrived and enjoyable in every way for our visit. We enjoyed swimming, morning coffee on the porch, and the outdoor fireplace in the evenings. I would highly recommend this rental It was a great place to stay and very close to the water which was awesome (of course we counted the steps - only 163 Steps to the water)! Cozy, comfortable and great location

This cute cottage is well maintained and equipped with all the necessities needed for a comfortable, delightful stay. The cottage was roomy enough to fit our family of seven adults. The front deck and the back screened-in porch offered additional space for relaxing. We were in the area to celebrate a wedding, and the location of the cottage was perfect...close to the wedding venue, other family rentals and the beach. The beach is a short, peaceful walk away. It is beautifully maintained and full of friendly people. In fact, we were impressed by how friendly the whole neighborhood was. Also, just a short ride away is a market where you can buy almost any "forgotten" or necessary item. We really enjoyed our stay in Suissevale and felt very fortunate to have found Brian's cottage to stay in.

Great location and property

Great location, very easy to get to and from the beach. We had awesome weather, the house was perfect for our weekend away. Loved having the fire pit and grill available for us to use as well. And the wagons were great for lugging stuff to and from the beach :)

Great Home for Families

We enjoyed our stay at this house very much - perfect for families with young kids as two bedrooms are equipped with bunk beds - the top bunks are twins and the lower levels are full size. The screen porch was great for dinner in the evenings. The home is very well equipped with everything needed for a beach stay. We brought our boat and kayaks - the ramp is very convenient just down at the bottom of the street and there is sufficient parking at the house for several cars and the boat trailer. If you obtain a sticker from the property managers, you can leave the boat on the beach for the day which worked out very well for us. The beach is very clean and very well maintained. If you have toddlers, best to bring a child gate to protect them from the stairs - we forgot but used the coffee table to block them in. Castle in the Clouds is about a mile away and offers great trail rides if you enjoy horseback riding. We certainly would not hesitate to vacation at this property again.

Beautiful home for a relaxing vacation

This was our second time staying at this home. The house was immaculate. We especially enjoyed the large screened in porch. Our younger family members rented SUP boards for a day of paddleboarding - the Suissevale beach is perfect for that! And our youngest family members were excited to see the ice cream boat pull in every afternoon. The beach is wonderful for swimming, picnicing, fishing, relaxing, and there is even wi-fi down there!

Even Better the Second Time Around

On our second trip to this terrific getaway, we had even more fun than we did during our first visit! From the beautiful lake to the house itself, everything just gives you an easy and relaxed feeling. The rooms are very clean and inviting with the screened porch a favorite spot both morning and evening. My kids had a blast kayaking at the lake and the entire family enjoyed having picnic lunches on the beach. If you're looking for a stress free vacation in a beautiful lakeside setting, then look no further than this charming home away from home!

Beautiful Cottage with Very Tranquil setting!

Such a warm and welcoming home! The minute we walked in and started seeing all the amazing touches Brian has put into this home, we felt right at home. It was everything described and more! We had my four year old niece with us who was only supposed to stay three days with us, and the minute she saw her bedroom with the bunk bed, she decided she'd stay for the entire week! We also had our one year old grandson, who was allowed to crawl everywhere, and not worry because it was so clean! We just put the coffee table in front of the stairs and felt very safe, after thinking about how to make it baby friendly! He had the best time being free to crawl everywhere! All the extras were such a nice touch, like the games, DVD's, kitchen utensils, and supplies. Brian was such a joy to work with! Any question we had was answered within minutes from the beginning of booking to the end! The Suissevale Beach is one on the nicest ones on Lake Winnipesaukee and it's only such a short walk away! The wagons provided by Brian were the best to carry all our beach gear down to the water. There's plenty of shade and sun on the beach, and is very kid friendly with a nice playground and fishing pond behide the beach! We also rented a SUP (paddle board} for a day from Wolfboro and everyone had a great time trying it out! After spending all my summers up at the lake for fifty years, this vacation was something very special and a lot had to do with the cottage and service Brian provides! We hope to go back next year!

Cozy, Clean Cottage in Great Location

We had a great week at the cottage. Everything was just as described. Brian is very helpful with providing information about the neighborhood and surrounding area. The green wagon was perfect for taking to the beach. The kids loved the bunk beds and fire pit and we all enjoyed eating meals and talking in the screened-in porch. A great location for side trips to Wolfeboro, Conway and Franconia Notch.

I chose Suissevale because my Aunt Sandy has a house in the same community and loves it. It's also very close to the town where my mother, brother and grandparents live. This house was chosen specifically for it's location. Just steps away from the beach. It was also well maintained by all previous owners [which my aunt knew personally]. After a full renovation, it is a real gem on the lake. Walk to the beach convenience at an affordable price.

First, it's the walk to the lake. This is very rare for a rental house on Winnipesaukee in this price range. Most houses on the lake are way more expensive to rent. Others that look close to the water have access blocked by private property. This place is steps away from the famous Suissevale beach. Finally, the house itself was fully renovated 2 years ago with all Ethan Allen furniture. Not cheap second-hand stuff here. Just high quality. Completely remodeled kitchen with quartz counter tops and lots of storage. Brand new floors throughout the house.
