Welcome to Cactus Zach's!
This newly remodeled, fully equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is ready for your next getaway. This house is luxuriously finished featuring a large back backyard with a swimming pool, cooling misters, fire pit, and a putting green. The property has been designed to create a quiet, private atmosphere that will allow you to enjoy the gorgeous mountain views. Conveniently located minutes from downtown Palm Springs and the airport, you will have easy access to it all.
The Space:
The open concept floor plan leads to a beautifully designed kitchen that comes fully equipped with quartz countertops, plenty of cabinet storage for snacks, a Nespresso machine, ice maker, stainless steel appliances, and kitchen basics, including plates, glassware, and silverware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a living room large enough for you and your guests to all relax and unwind. Here you will find a 65â TV with Chromecast so you can easily connect to all of your favorite shows.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed, and 65â TV with Chromecast. Additionally, this room features a desk and a second monitor, in case you need to answer a few emails in between dips in the pool.
The 1st guest room features many of the same amenities as the master. Here you will find a queen-sized bed, a 60â TV with Chromecast, and a small desk. The 2nd guest room also has a queen-sized bed. Both guest rooms share a full-sized bathroom.
Relax and enjoy the spacious private outdoor spaces located in both the front and backyards. Read a book in the front courtyard or grab a drink and enjoy the large pool with waterfalls, misting system (cools backyard up to 25 degrees), and color-changing LED lights as you soak in the views of the surrounding mountains in the distance.
Heading to one of the local golf courses? Practice your putting on the custom-made putting green just behind the pool area. The yard also includes spaces to recline and relax with friends.
Additional features include central AC, washer/dryer, memory foam mattresses, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a firepit. All linens and towels are provided for you. Close to Palm Springs downtown, restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, day spas, casinos, and much more!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, front gated courtyard, and backyard including the pool, lounge area, and putting green. Please note there is no BBQ at the property.
Other Things to Note:
âą The maximum number of guests for a home this size is 6 (8 if the 2 additional guests are 12 years of age or younger) per Palm Springs Ordinance #1748.
âą The city of Palm Springs has noise ordinances that are strictly enforced. No outdoor amplified sound (music) at all. No music is allowed outside the house at any time of day. Any noise that can be heard past the property line may be found in violation. The city is quick to issue citations for noise violations, these fines typically range from $500-2500.
âą Palm Springs has city-wide quiet hours beginning at 10 pm through 7 am. The city is extremely strict when it comes to noise violations. Additionally, loud talking or any noise that can be heard beyond the property line on any side may be considered a violation.
âą A $500 damage security deposit will be collected prior to your stay. At the completion of a successful stay, this money will be returned to you. This security deposit will not be returned in the event of damage to the property, a citation/warning issued by the City of Palm Springs, or smoking that takes place anywhere on the property (inside or outside).
âą If a citation is issued during your stay, it will be the guestâs responsibility to pay the associated fine. The owner of this property would like you to have the best time possible on your stay but would like to stress that this is not a party home and should be treated as if it were your own. Each guest is expected to act as good a neighbor would.
âą If you receive a citation or a violation you may be asked to leave the property.
âą Heating the pool is an optional/additional charge of $65 per day. We heat the pool to 85 degrees.
âą The pool is shallow, diving is strictly prohibited, especially from the upper level
âą No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property. If this rule is broken, you will forfeit your security deposit and be charged a minimum of $500.
âą No pets allowed
âą No glitter is allowed in the house. If this rule is broken, at minimum an additional $250 cleaning fee will be added to your stay.
âą If additional guests beyond those stated in your reservation stay at the property without prior approval of the host, you will be charged $200 per day per guest.
âą The City of Palm Springs requires the renter to provide a list of all guests, a copy of his/her ID and a signed version of the house rules at check-in.
âą An additional fee may be applied to early check-in / late check-out, when availible.
âą If any of these rules are broken, you may be asked by the host to leave the property without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
After booking, we will ask for your direct email to handle the correspondence for the next 3 items:
1) Scanned Copy of your ID. Palm Springs City Vacation Rental Ordinance states that the minimum age of a renter is 25. You must be 25 or older by the arrival date. The city requires that we verify this outside whatever marketing or booking platform is used so you will be asked to supply us a scanned image of your ID directly after booking.
2) Guest Roster Signed by all guests staying at the property with acknowledgment of reading the Good Neighbor Brochure. Palm Springs City Vacation Rental Ordinance states that we must receive a guest roster for each reservation and that each guest signs a statement of the rules and regulations. You will receive the required documentation to sign via DocuSign shortly after booking.
3) Each guest will also be required to sign a limited liability waiver, prior to check-in.
